The worse pizza that I ever had, I order a pizza with ham, pepperoni and cheese on the crust but the pizza came out very dry and burn.I call the location and a person with the name Cody answered I explain what happened and I told him we always order from you guys and he told me you only order with us twice I meant like we always order from Pizza Hut but I would never order again, I didn’t expect that kind of customer service! Placed an order for the patrons at my shop. 5 pizzas and 2 Breadstick orders. Forgot an order of breadsticks and the pizza cheese was congealed. I pre tipped the driver 20% when ordering online. My pizza boxes were damaged (partially smashed) as well

I calles and spoke to the manager and he act as if i was lying. And gave me an attitude because he had to remake my food. Sorry but would you eat this if it showed up like this? Manger swore they were fine because he sealed them well from him and the delivery driver something happened. Took 1 hour and 15 mins get out second batch of food since 6hey had to remake it.

Stuffed crust pizza was worst than the frozen pizza you get at your local grocery store, toppings weren’t properly disbursed. Stuffed crust was missing cheese on some bites had gaps and some slices had no toppings.

After placing an online order pre-tipping the driver we received a cold pizza half of our order no plates when we place them online and called to make sure that they brought them with peppers delivery driver brings up the pizza with no pizza bag by hand definitely cold when he got here when we called and spoke to the manager he said he was the manager there was nothing he can do about it and he was not going to do anything to fix the order or go back and look at the online purchase this by far as the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had corporate will find out about it no way in hell we would pay $31 for one pizza when you do the two for 999 specialty medium pizzas make sure you’re paying and getting what you get at the door
