Amazing Everytime we ate the 3 times the third was delivery to SLICK CITY for a birthday party. Every slice for devoured. And even one pizza for burnt on half of it. And mgr made it right. And gave it to us for free. Employees are so friendly Everytime we went… They closed most of the Massachusetts locations so it was wonderful to see it thriving out west. I wish they would come back

I cannot over state how consistently bad this location is compared to every single pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Unfortunately, this is the store that delivers to me so I know it’s bad and it’s been bad for years.

I’m only rating one star due to the fact that I just witness the manager having a meeting with her crew telling them that if anybody tries to order a tastemaker to let them know that they don’t have any large pizzas so you have to order a medium and pay more! Sad to see honesty is hard to find now a days. Knox Pizza is much better just FYI

I did order late but I only realized how late once I got the fastest delivery ever! But no wonder, it was thrown together with the meats still stacked and not spread out and undercooked floppy dough with cheese that barely melted. Is there no expo, do the drivers not check their orders? Or did everybody just want to go home? I order alot and never had issues and love the pizzas but this one was rushed by everybody from who made it to who cooked it to who checked to who delivered it. I tipped for this sad pizza.

Look, they were doing the best they could that night, but damn after the whole ordeal was finished, the pizza was gross and hard. Pretty disappointed but not upset at the hard working staff that was clearly drowning on a Friday night.

I had ordered 2 personal pan pizza and one medium pizza I went to bite into a slice and they were still doughy spent over 40$ for everything to have to go straight to the trash I called store and no answer smh

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Waited for a pizza for close to 2 hours and was told it would be about an hour. Called to check on the order and was told by a rude manager to stop calling or else I would get black listed. Decided to go in the store and asked for a refund I was cursed at by the manager and was told to come back another day for the refund. When I refused to leave without my money the general manager said to leave of else the cops would be called.All I was doing is asking for my money and the other employees can attest to that. They looked shocked that the managers were being so rude. I’m unsure as to what they expected ? It’s larceny to receive payment with any product being delivered. I will definitely report this to corporate, the authorities and bbb. Save your money and go somewhere else
