Nasty pizza. Old and cold when it was finally delivered. Rewards points did not work for the wings I got. Probably live less than a mile away and it took close to 90 mins. So glad I tipped 20%. Never eating at pizza hut again. Also looks like he took a pepperoni for himself

Update 01/07/2023: thought I’d give this place another chance as there weren’t many other delivery options for the time I ordered. Paid $2 extra for pan crust and instead got dry hand tossed and a poorly constructed pizza, again. Don’t waste your money, tombstone frozen pizza is better.

I ordered pan crust and they didn’t have any pan crust left only square pizza so I went to McDonald’s. The operator should have told me or connected me to the store for a substitute instead of picking their own substitute. It was right before close so there wasn’t a way to fix it had to eat hamburger at least they had buns…

Ordered a pizza from them and opened the sealed pizza box and a huge bite was taken out of one of the slices. You could see the teeth marks and a huge chunk of the crust and topping is missing. Called their restaurant and had to wait on hold and they were incredibly rude, did not apologize and basically said it wasn’t their problem.

Pick up order….. said ready in 10 to 20 minutes. Ended up taking almost an hour. I get it, it’s Superbowl but fix the times. But here is the kicker. When I finally got home, the pizza was still half raw!!!!!! It wasn’t even cooked all the way. Several of us ended up shooting missiles instead of watching the shooting of fireworks at halftime. I strongly encourage you to file a complaint w the health department. This is not acceptable.
