Ordered a Stuffed crust cheese for delivery, they said it would take a half hour. Ended up waiting outside for almost another half hour before they showed up. Cheese was overdone and crunchy, barely any tomato sauce in the pizza.

I ordered 2 pizzas and requested that they both get a little extra sauce. Instead I got no sauce on both pizzas …this location is horrible..the last time I asked for a little extra and they dumped it on. When I went back to complain (after paying for delivery and top), and the guy offered to give me a spoon!! So it’s one or the other extreme with this location! Pic is when they gave me extra sauce…they carried it on a tilt and all of it slid over to one side… disgusting!

The quality of the product has gone downhill over the past few years. I used my 300 points to get a free large Super Supreme and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. It lacked the appropriate amount of toppings and didn’t taste right. Like the dough was past it’s expiration. I also order the chicken alfredo and that was pretty bad too, it was cold and there was too much seasoning on the cheese sticks. I realize I got a free pie with my points, but I had to spend 150 dollars over a certain period of time to get that free pie. Please do better.

Pizza hut is 5.9 miles away and now out of our deliver zone. Papa Johns is right next door and delivers to our address. Why would they eliminate so many customers? Guess I will never order them again.

2 days ago we ordered the New york style for our kids only took them about 20 minutes to get it here the pizza it’s self looked like it was a few hours old we called and they say it was fresh out of the over my kids wouldn’t even eat it so no go

Our cheese lovers pizza was so over cooked that the cheese was crunchy. I wanted to fill out the survey that the back of the receipt suggests, but my receipt didn’t have a survey code on it and therefore I couldn’t fill it out.
