I had to give a star to do a review; otherwise it would be 0 stars. I ordered pizza through the app. My husband wanted a Detroit pizza. They delivered it…WITH NO SAUCE. My husband called and very politely (I’m the a$$hole) let them know. The girl on the phone put him on hold and when she came back, she told him that they were out of the Detroit sauce. He asked her why they delivered the pizza with no sauce instead of having the decency to call and ask if he still wanted it. She said, “I don’t know. I’m sorry about that “. She offered to make another and asked if he would like marinara instead, and he told her that was fine and thanked her. 45 minutes later, his new “Detroit” pizza showed up and they literally put a dab of sauce per square. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is childish and rude. I cannot believe that management allows such behavior to take place. So disappointing.

Pizza was delivered about the time I requested. All of them were hot and tasted really good! I asked for them to be cooked for an extra amount of time, but it didn’t seem like they were? That would be my only complaint – otherwise great delivery time, quality ingredients, freshly baked and hot!

When I place my order I meant to set the time for later but I didn’t. I got ahold of the store and even though the driver was already out to deliver the lady that helped me was super nice and corrected it for me. She was rude and didn’t sound frustrated (as I would have). This is the customer service I wish I could find everywhere.

Pizza Hut Managers! You guys should be embarrassed of your service and quality. My fault this time because I didn’t first look at your reviews. I ordered my pizza 1 hour ago and just got a memo that my order is JUST being picked up by a third party to be delivered to me. I suggest you guys just close this branch since your service is useless. I usually order from Domino’s but decided to give Pizza hut a try….last time here for sure. Perhaps you guys should take a few lessons from Domino’s because you really really desperately need it.

Delivery driver shows up with no change and expected me to give him a $30 tip for a $25 order. On top of that my pizza came folded in half. The driver said all I do is drive I can’t help you. Then I call the store can’t get ahold of anyone in the store, my call kept getting transferred to a call center that could not help at all. Don’t do delivery with this store. They are slow even in store they are worthless as well. The general manager needs to reassess this location and hire better managers.

The pizza looked a little skimpy on topping and I had to have it remade. I got the pizza made wrong for free but my major issue with this Pizza Hut is how poorly the manager treats his employees. A nice young lady with good customer service did everything she was supposed to and a manager named Brawn was disrespectful to her and never looked me in the eyes when he commented about checking for errors as if they didn’t believe me. I heard him cussing in the back and I believe he micro managed the food line and messed up my order himself. I would rather never see him in this Pizza Hut again. Brawn was totally unprofessional. I worked in his position at a domino’s for 2 years and I would never disrespect my employee or customer like that.
