Sitting in line for 10 minutes when a single guy is sitting on a chair just slowly making boxes. Got breadsticks and they don’t come with a 4 oz sauce anymore. They gave me a 2oz sauce only half filled. Called the store and they said that they went to a 2oz cup only half filled. Won’t be ordering from here again. Pathetic excuse of employees and I will not be paying for 1oz sauce anymore. Next time I’ll order from Dominos. Owners show be shameful. The picture below is a picture of the amount of sauce that it comes with apparently. I was told be super depressed sounding employee. Pizza was super flat. Had almost no sauce on it and was barely warm. Might as well add a smear of sauce to cardboard and cover it with hard over cooked cheese and throw pepperoni on it. I swear. I will never order from here again. Sad that we had neighbors over too. They won’t be ordering either.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this Pizza Hut and the pizzas have always been warm and delicious. I have had my order delivered and they were on time and food was still warm. When I have placed a phone order and picked up, again, service was excellent as was the pizza. Definitely recommend this location.

This store is a joke. The “manager” Victoria is even more of a joke. She is rude, immature, terrible at her job and has 0 customer service skills. Continuously messes up order after order and takes no accountability then hangs up on you if you ask to make it right. The worst person for this job. Calls are forwarded to India and door dash delivers the pizza. Worst place ever but that is because they have someone with no people or pizza skills managing it. The manager here is the worst person to ever deal with if you have any type of issue, even when she is the one that created the issue multiple times. Don’t ever order from here.

They do not answer their phone. Terrible management. Someone at cooperate level needs to train the staff. I waited on hold for 45 minutes. I drove to the store ON HOLD and walked in to see the phone ringing while the employees were texting. Pizza is good, but doesn’t really matter if you never receive any pizza.

Pizza took over an hour, and was delivered by Door Dash when I ordered it on the Pizza Hut website. It was not hot. Order was accurate, but not worth the $5.55 delivery fee, let alone the $30 total. I will be making my own pizza from now on.

I don’t know if all Pizza Huts are doing this, but this location is relying on DoorDash for deliveries. Our order arrived half an hour after the time DoorDash said it would arrive and was cold. Pizza Hut does not add any sort of tamper-proof sticker to the order either or they do and it was removed… Customers need to know ahead of time a third party will be delivering so they can decide to complete the order or not. DoorDash is awful, I would not have made the order had I known the information ahead of time.

Ordered this pizza via the app and it told me it would take 15-20 minutes. Arrived on the later side and they said the pizza would be ready very soon. I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes to receive this pizza but it was well worth it. The pizza was scorching hot and had an incredible taste to it. Very fresh pizza that came just out of the oven.
