I was starving and forgot to take a picture before we ate. We normally order the big new yorker which is good. We ordered wings this time (buffalo burnin hot ). They were not hot at all. They either gave the wrong order of wings or Spicy is not Spicy. We ordered delivery this time, which gets pricy after you add the delivery charge and tip. We paid over $90 when said and done for 2 pizzas and wings, not sure if it’s really worth it. Oven pizza taste just as good.

Tried to order online three different times tonight. The pizza hut app it total mess. Tried to call in and whom ever picked up hung up and didn’t take our order so we end up ordering pizza else where. Pizza Hut is no longer a place to get your pizza from

The pizza is pretty good (or this review would have been one star), the service is lackluster but I would probably feel the same way in their shoes, so that’s neutral, but the wings are tiny and undersauced. Avoid those. Cinnabon things are addictive. Breadsticks are just pizza without the toppings, which is kind of meh. I have heard some horror stories about what goes on in the backroom (from ex-employees) so that always concerns me when I order from here but I imagine that’s the nature of fast food unfortunately.

This was the most disgusting pizza I have ever had. We waited forever, we stayed in the store to take it home, it was cold, the crust was like a cracker, and there were hardly any toppings. Pizza hut used to be amazing. We will never go back. It was beyond disgusting and to add insult to injury it costed us like 18.00. Ridiculous. If we had a receipt I would be asking for my money back.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. I had been waiting 45 minutes past when my pickup was due and the girl I’m the back just mocked me and ignored me. I’ve literally never been so disrespected by someone I’m paying money to in my life. I will never be coming back and highly suggest you never visit this store. I wish I could give -5 stars. food is trash. Wait time is insane. Staff should be fired and replaced if you don’t want to keep losing customers because but the looks of the other reviews here it seems like I’m not the only one who had an absolutely terrible experience. TL;DR: WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. GO TO ANY OTHER PIZZA PLACE BUT THIS!!!

Got a medium pan pizza with half just plain cheese and the other half extra peppers and reg amt Pepperoni’s. There was barely even one pepper on each slice. I asked the guy if they remembered to do extra on the peppers and he was super rude. I asked if that was normal for one pepper on each slice of pizza to be counted as extra and he said yes. Because I had a toddler with me I took the pizza and left. It was horrible, the sauce was bitter and very salty. Just plain gross and rude. Go to Papa John’s. Even Dominoes would be better than this. At least they put toppings on their pizza’s.

Have gotten cold and incorrect orders from this place many times, it’s even worse as they have started useing door dash instead of real delivery drivers. This review will get better or worse pending this order I have coming. That is already ready but due to them useing door dash it will be another 20-30 min even though this place is a mile away.
