Being a somewhat lonely and often cantankerous senior bachelor I always anticipate the worse but hope for the best. I just ordered and picked up 2 personal pan meat lovers pizza and everything was perfect!!!!! Obviously my expectations were more than met. Kudos to the gentleman who helped me.

I’ll say this location might get a bad rap because Pizza Hut uses a call center and just because your call a 970 number doesn’t mean your actually call the store. I can say I was having trouble initially but after asking to speak with a manager I got transferred to the restaurant and customer service was superb from my experience. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Better yet no leftovers Pizza was exactly what we needed and ordered. Would recommend being sure your speaking with the store front and not the call center!!

This place used to be pleasant, now the management won’t even let us get ranch dressing for dipping. It’s the start of all downhill experiences I guess. Plus the attitude of the host Celia really made it for a horrible time.

We ordered a pizza online, said wait was 25-35 minutes. 1.5 hours in we call and get an automated message saying our order is being made then it hangs up. After 2 hours we call and get some call center lady and they can only tell us our order has been made and they finally say they will transfer us to the store but it does not connect us anywhere. Finally we called again to cancel our order and they tell us the store we ordered it from is closed for maintenance. That was the last timewe will ever order from pizza hut. It charged our card too so next we’ve got to deal with that.

Placed order at 7:30pm on the 29th. Online ordering said 25-35 minutes to delivery. After an hour tried calling to inquire status of order and was put through to a call center. They said the store had the order and should be there soon but was under maintenance. After 2 hours called again and asked for a refund and was told I would have to call back tomorrow. Called and got through to the store the next day and the assistant manager asked how he could “mitigate this” I asked just for a refund. He said he didn’t know how and I would have to call the next day for the GM.

No comprehension whatsoever. Semi polite service. Mediocre product. No love put into a pizza. When a person is a regular to another store and expects consistency and you modify consistency for production convenience it will go noticed. This stores build models need to be gone over.

It was very okay. I got 16 boneless wings with the spicy garlic sauce. As stated, they were just okay. Quality has gown down since the last time I had them. The price was absolutely ridiculous. Although I guess you could say that with just about anything these days.

I guess I messed up according to the store and didn’t put a hotel room number. 45 mins after the delivery was sent out I called and asked about my order. Wasn’t treated nicely, then was sent out cold food as my order. This is a restaurant it don’t take but 10mins to make another pizza. I didnt expect to spend 40$ on cols pizza I could eat an hour and 45mins later. Very disappointed w the service we received.
