Sarah needs a promotion! Came to this location just for the buffet. They had ONE person working. No pizza left on the bar, no clean plates, no salad left. But Sarah was running herself silly and was still so kind and attentive we decided to stick it out. 30 minutes later we were So glad we did! Best Pizza Hut pizza we have had in years, I kid you not.

So I took my daughter out for a daddy daughter date. We chose the buffet since we both like pizza. What a horrible experience. Barely a selection of pizza. Pastas tasted stale. The service was horrible. What made it worse is the fact we were waited on by the store manager. Every time my daughter and I would get into a good conversation she would come over and interrupt, but if we weren’t talking we never saw her. I was very disappointed.

I came here with my mom for lunch today. We came in and sat and waited about 10 minutes and while we were waiting there was a mom and daughter behind us whi walked and and said “Yea well I have a daughter to feed.” I had no clue what was happening, so we stayed for about 10 more minutes and my mom said ok let’s go. Just ask she said that the table behind us said they’d been there for over 40 minutes . So as soon as my mom started to get up the waiter came over and asked us what we wanted, so we told her we were gonna leave. And then she asked the table behind us what they wanted and they told her they’d been there for 40 mins and were ready to go as well. Also as she was asking that she was blocking my seat exit so I could get out for the 2 minutes she was there. They also had one slice of pizza on the buffet and well as no pasta.

It has been years since we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. Having tried just about every version of different pizzas in town over the last few years, I decided to take my two teenagers for a dine-in treat. We were the only ones there when we arrived later in the afternoon (more came when we were about half-way finished with our meal).

Ordered carry out and the rep that answered the phone was having a really hard time understanding what we wanted. We received a coupon in the mail and when I arrived to pick up the pizza and to assure we got the deal, the rep put in our order wrong. The manager did not hesitate to make it right for us which was really appreciated. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Thanks guys!!

While the pizza was good, it wasn’t worth it. I waited 15+ minutes for a personal 6 inch pizza that was overpriced. They guy at the counter said he could give it to be more $4 but ended up charging $7.50, stating that the coupon no longer existed. About 20 minutes later, I asked about the pizza status. He said they hadn’t started it yet and that it’d take 7 minutes. Then, about 10 minutes later, I asked the guy and he said the pizza wasn’t in the oven yet. He also said it’d take another 7 minutes. Finally, about 15 minutes later, my personal 6 inch pizza was ready. Except that it was actually 5 inches. Not only did they cut corners, but I feel like they ripped me off. Please don’t waste your time by coming here. Little Caesars or Godfather’s Pizza is not only 3x better, but it’s 3x cheaper and 3x faster. Definitely disappointed with Pizza Hut. Their pizza still tastes decent but the service is terrible. I feel rather generous for giving them 2 stars.
