One aspect that truly stood out during my visit to Pizza Hut was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They promptly seated us, provided recommendations, and were quick to address any queries or concerns we had. Great Pizza and service. We came here rather than do the more typical local upscale type pizza restaurants because Pizza Hut is a nearly gone company in my home state for the sit-down Hut locations. I am not even sure if there are any at all. It was a pizza flavor that was like I remember, when the Huts were everywhere and going there in the 90s was like seeing and remembering a Blockbuster on a Friday night. Cody is a long way to go and opt for the Pizza Hut rather than the other local pizza places, but it was worth it for my wife and me that loved that 90s lifestyle of family night for pizza at the Hut.

Don’t go here if you are non-US without cash !!! Food was fine, good after a long day hiking, but machine refused all our cards, (they worked perfectly fine everywhere else all week), and I ended up sitting there with the kids way after closing time while husband was off trying to find any bloody ATM in the village that worked. Not staff’s fault, they were nice enough about it, the situation was just super awkward, and got especially gloomy after manager was informed and we became unsure of what would happen. Cards worked fine again afterwards, we tested them all, go figure. Bring cash, or eat somewhere else. I’m steering clear of pizza hut the rest of our holidays.

Buffet was awful. Bread was brick hard, pizzas were cold n terrible. They DID however, put new pasta n bread sticks out, after I asked the manager. I really appreciated that! Although rest of staff wasn’t very attentive to their customers. Was so much better n actually functional under previous long time management. Has truly gone down hill soo far, last several years. I worked here in 2015, n it was a great place, with always hot, fresh food! Needs to be that way again!!

Very disorganized workers at this store. The young girl at the pickup counter struggled with the one customer before me and the rude women that cut in line in front of me. Pizza was overcooked and done incorrectly. Asked for tomatoes on half as my wife doesn’t like them. The whole pizza had tomatoes and so my wife didn’t eat any. Worst pizza hut I’ve ever been to. Luckily, I probly won’t go to Cody ever again as it’s a rude community along with poor service.

I would highly avoid this restaurant! It is a complete joke. We ordered pasta (comes with breadsticks), one pizza, cinnamon rolls, and brownies. When the pasta came it was over cooked and dried out, we got burnt cheese sticks instead of breadsticks, and they FORGOT to even make the pizza. We finally got the brownies after we reminded them and right before we walked out the door. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be very disappointed.

Bad experience. My family was super hungry and we had been traveling the day before from across the country. Came in and the waiter was joking around and not being serious and he never asked our drink order. I finally just told him. Which was all waters. We waited 15 mins I had never seen him again. There was cheese and crumbs all over the floors and multiple tables and the buffet hadn’t been cleaned up and it had been an hour since the buffet had closed. He even told us he just hadn’t cleaned it up yet. After waiting and looking around at all the other messes we decided it was best to leave.

Well for start we wanted to eat in BUT the only way we can use our member points is to order online. Since it’s an hour drive to Cody from home we planned and ordered a carry out to use our points. Then figured we would get sodas and salads etc when we got there at past 11 since they open at 11. Well we got there at 11:15 our order was ready but we had to find the 1 door they had unlocked because “They were not open” finally taked them into some sodas and a salad and had to go eat our pizza in Walmart parking lot. Great times but lousy service. Pretty iffy for thoughts of return visits, may use a different pizza hut.
