I went there with my two kids. We were going to dine in. After about 10 minutes of them not coming to serve us I went to the front to order there. The cashier told me that I should go to my table and they will send a server. She then proceeded to place an order for a walk-in customer. Another 10 minutes went by and the server kept taking orders for everybody walking in. So we sat there for almost 20 minutes nobody starving us and getting farther and farther behind in the line. If you don’t have enough service to let people order at the table then you should not send them away when they try to order at the front

I have a halo on my leg and using a walker the delivery driver said they aren’t Asian allowed to come in my house and set the pizza on my kitchen table when I’m handicap and am unable to carry anything. The delivery driver from last week was more then willing to do this for me. The pizza was also cold!! Not happy with this store at all!

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in years and it was surprisingly good despite this local restaurant being in understaffed chaos… there were two people in the kitchen and one server/everything else… she was running a bit ragged, forgetful and aloof but was pleasant.

They are not handicap accessible. My mom is in a wheelchair and I had to struggle with the door and try to push my mom into the lobby. The lady behind the counter just stood there until I yelled in pain because the door hit me. The ramp is way too steep for a wheelchair. The menu says beef for the taco pizza and we stated beef but got chicken. Just overall not a very good place.

One of our pizzas was made with the incorrect sauce. (Red instead of white).) We called and the manager informed us that the replacement would not arrive for an additional 45 min. When replacement arrived, the delivery person brought two replacement pizzas with the correct sauce. We understand that mistakes can be made while restaurant is busy and appreciate the replacement of the correct product.
