Placed an order of pasta and cheesesticks to our hotel. It arrived with no lids on the pasta, no forks, no napkins. Plain breadsticks, no sauce. When I called, I was told to bring it back to be remade. After paying a delivery fee and tip, I shouldn’t have to drive to the store. Worst service ever

The manager was less than stellar, but Chalindria, the waitress, was beyond amazing. She recalled our order from the last time we visited (we’d only been there 2x ever before), and brought us our drinks, asked if we wanted the same as last time. She nailed it! The manager stepped up to help when a party of 20 came in.

Great service the waitress was awesome. Best and freshest bread sticks I have ever had from a pizza joint, they were so crunchy and buttery makes my mouth water just describing them. Got personal pan pizzas they were cooked to perfection. This is hands down the best experience I have had with a name brand pizza place in years. Also had a beautiful lunch with my beautiful Daughters. Thank u pizza hut for making our lunch awesome

This Pizza Hut lacks in every way. We ordered middle of the day (2pm) which is certainly not the busy time. When the delivery driver got to our house the first time he did not have the right order because the store gave him one that wasn’t even in his route. So he had to drive back to the store then back to our house. This time he had our order but one of the pizzas was incorrect. I was craving supreme but instead received a meat lovers. By this time our food was cold. Definitely not impressed and would order from a different pizza place besides this location.
