We received the wrong pizza and told we would get the right one. Ordered big New Yorker and got cheese. The driver had me sign the wrong receipt. And I got hang up on. Yes kids ate pizza they were hungry.

We were visiting Gillette for couple of days, and decided to give it a try since Pizza Hut is our regular place to order back home in Canada. It was delicious! Much much better than how they do it here. Perfect dough, right amount of sauce and ingredients. Good job people!

Absolutely horrible service at the Boxelder location. You can be there 10 mins whether you go to pick up window in into small lobby they will never acknowledge you. Rude, dirty employees. I’ve seen empires Sneeze, cough right into their hands in front of you walk around and grab a pizza to hand it out. Better off and faster going to the one across town. Ironically I’m sure it’s owned by the same person but at least they are more courteous and service is better.

Our order was Hot, Fresh, and ready! The staff worked very well together. The kitchen was very clean and not only great customer appreciation skills but all around great service was provided. But most of all the pizza, pasta, bread sticks and wings were all perfect!

Got a half and half pizza and they somehow made it a 1/2 1/4 1/4 pie. Not sure how you can mess that up. Manager did offer credit for only half of the pizza, wouldn’t remake it, and was rude.
