Ordered $70 worth of food and all three pizzas were not edible, hand tossed crust is paper thin and one pizza was burnt and made completely wrong and was told I can not get a refund instead they wanted to to give me $40 dollar credit and keep $30 won’t be ordering again. Took pulling teeth to actually get a refund.

My daughter and I ate here last nite (8/24/23). First, they had no menus, so I asked the person who seated us if they had a special on what we usually order. Yes, she said, $12.99. Nobody knew what they were doing there, and we felt sorry for them. Went to pay, our pizza charge was $21.99. Mentioned to the young man working the register that we were quoted $12.99, and it did no good. SO, WE WERE CHARGED $10 OVER WHAT WE WERE QUOTED. Would have asked to talk to manager but they were busy, busy, and knew he or she wouldn’t have time to talk. So, NO MENUS; people leaving because they couldn’t get helped; charged $10 MORE than quoted; people getting wrong food; one table got duplicate food; etc., etc., etc. Would love to talk to a manager and explain the issues.

Service was very slow, due to lack of employees. Food was not prepared correctly and I ended up with food poisoning from the boneless wings. Please make sure to temperature check your food and do not use old/expired ingredients.

I’m not a big fan of pizza hut. However, due to the recent storms closing the roads and dominos, my go-to, shutting down due to lack of product. I ended up trying pizza hut again for the first time in years. They have definitely improved over the years. Drivers are exceptionally friendly, and the workers in store are professional and friendly as well. Would recommend as a good cost effective fallback to other competitors being unavailable.

I placed my order for delivery. Driver was nice and got there within the expected time. The pizza I received was wrong. I called and was on wait for 15 or more minutes. My biggest complaint is neither of those, we are all human and mistakes happen and things get busy, it’s not a big deal. My biggest worry is how the workers are being treated, because when i decided to go to Pizza Hut to get the correct pizza, they were all rushing and clearly being over worked. They do not get paid enough to get put on an understaffed floor and go under a tremendous amount of stress, especially when you know it’s gonna be busy on a saturday night. Treat your employees better by making sure there is more workers on the floor. I don’t know if that’s the case but it surely felt like it. Shout out to the girl with red hair though, you were doing amazing.
