Honestly, I’m super disappointed in this location. I ordered 16 boneless wings, it arrived 45 minutes passed the expected delivery time. I called and asked about it and the manager told me to calm down, the driver had left and was on his way and it’s just wings. I explained that that was my concern, was that the driver was lost or delivered to the wrong address because it had been 30 minutes past when it was said to be delivered and he again said sir calm down I’m sure he’s almost there he’s not lost. The driver arrived about 10 minutes later with cold food and it wasn’t even sauced with the correct sauce I chose. Literally I don’t understand why they won’t do anything about how poorly this location is ran. It’s been this way since it was built..wish we could get the dine in back in chubbuck. My kids loved a good personal pan and a salad bar once a week!

I just witnessed my husband’s experience with Pizza Hut and it upset me so bad I decided to come write a negative review. We ordered on the app, it took the money from our account but the order didn’t go through, so my husband called and they said maybe it went to the other pizza hut, so they call and get back on the phone with my husband and say “sorry call customer service its our money now” and hung up!! The manager working on June 23rd at 9pm refused to talk to my husband on the phone to fix the issue. So I don’t even know WHO we were speaking to. That’s horrid customer service on top of THEFT. We will be calling corporate.

Slow delivery service with no updates between online/app ordering and what the store is actually doing so when it says 30-45 min delivery or that your order is on the way they actually mean is over an hour at minimum and the only response they had when I called over 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be here was that their ordering system isn’t accurate so take that for what it’s worth I guess you get it when they feel like it which doesn’t work for me

I ordered pizzas and there was an issue with the amount of dough available that evening so the order had to be altered. The employees threw in extras and gave discounts to make up for the issue. I didn’t complain, I didn’t ask for any extras or discounts but they really appreciate their customers and expressed that they wanted to show that.

We ordered 80 dollars worth of food tonight s f they took forever plus when they came they forgot an entire pizza and sauce. Then when they said it was on the way a half hour later it arrived completely wrong. When I had called originally I told them the order off the receipt and it was repeated back to me. They didn’t even check to make sure it was correct nor were they willing to do anything but credit the one pizza even though almost my entire party didn’t get to eat because of their mistake MULTIPLE times. I do not recommend this establishment at all. The pizzas that did arrive were cold and the bread was not good. The only good thing was the delivery driver who was INCREDIBLY sweet.
