I usually have no problem with the Pizza Hut on Addison. Today was a different story. I ordered two pizzas for delivery and when they arrived at my house, one of them was as pictured below. I’m assuming the driver got hungry? Who knows. However, I immediately called the store and the manager asked that I bring it in, so I did. They made me a new pizza right away. I probably won’t order take out from them anymore.

We were informed that they were not doing dine in but take out. Took our order a name and number and said it would be done in 20-25 minutes and they would call us. We waited expecting a phone call to inform us it was ready. After 50 minutes went in and asked about the order and they pulled it out of the warmer. We asked why they didn’t call and they said they had a skeleton staff. While sitting in the parking lot waiting for our food we watch three employees exit the building and take smoke breaks at the same time. Super poor service.

I’m so glad the dine in is opened. It’s nice getting your pizza hot and fresh from the oven. Hopefully, next time, when we go back, the slade bar will be working again.

They may need to have better training with their Cooks people preparing the food and maybe treat people a little more respectful without attitude overall the food is always been good but these few times.

Employees were friendly enough and service was prompt, but the Supreme pizza was anything but supreme. Very sparse toppings, nothing like it should have been.

I ordered the pizza and sides at approx. 7pm and about 830pm I called to find out what the delay was for. Even though the online status showed still preparing, I was told the store indicated they attempted to deliver. When the call center put me on hold to contact the store, the call was disconnected. The pizza finally arrived “cold” and did not have all the toppings paid for. I did not share feedback with the restaurant because I could never reach them by phone and the status never changed from preparing to give the feed back option. If I would have been told they had delay due to high orders it would have been fine, but blame me and then deliver a cold pizza an hour+ late is not okay. I guess Dominos from now on.

The customer service was fantastic. I ordered carry out so I can’t give a just rating on the customer service, but the person tending the counter was very much so on the ball. I was very impressed with the individual’s professionalism. The building was clean on the inside and my order was finished on time with all of the correct pizzas cooked perfectly. My experience was painless. Very satisfied customer and will continue being a return customer, I recommend the supreme with stuffed crust.

Horrible called to make an order and Rachelle kept hanging up on me wouldn’t even say anything just hung up called over and over and just kept getting hung up on. Rachelle probably should go find a new job. Never going to pizza hut again thank God for dominos

We ordered three pizzas, the ones we got were not the ones we ordered. We placed the order online and was told it would be ready in 45-50 minutes. When we got to the store an hour later, we waited another 20 minutes. The pizzas weren’t even good! The kids that were working were overwhelmed and didn’t seem to know what they were doing. If the owner wants to keep their business going, they should be in there guiding these kids! A woman came in to order while I was waiting, she was told it would be 1 1/2 hour wait and she left. We won’t be going back!

Haven’t been here in long time but it has improved so much love seeing the dining open again and families being able to sit down completely different atmosphere like back before the Covid came along and hurricaned us all from being able to sit in and interact can’t wait to see how much it will change back like before that.
