I hate leaving bad reviews, especially because I completely understand having bad days, not enough staff, etc. Sadly every time we have been to this location something has gone wrong. A few months back I had my husband order while I was on my way home from work from Twin, so 25 minutes ahead of time. I get there, the order on my husbands phone is saying it’s ready to be picked up. I go in and wait an hour. A whole hour, for one desert to get done, in the meantime the rest was sitting in the heater. We had some friends over and ordered pizza, they delivered, super late after it saying it was ready, and after the delivery time, food was cold and they forgot the wings. Tonight my husband was going to order pizza for a going away party dinner. Just us, his dad, my grandma, so not a lot of food. 1 pizza and some wings. He orders, they call to tell us an hour before closing time that they are canceling the order because they are short staffed. Aren’t we all short staffed? Does that mean we don’t work? After every experience being horrible, and the staff being rude every time when we have always been kind, I’m kind of fed up. We definitely won’t try again, and feel it’s worth warning others.

They ran out of pizza dough and then wanted to upcharge me for the alternative dough, then they found more dough apparently, made me wait another hour and a half and still didn’t deliver or attempt to make a delivery. Then they wanted to fully charge me for the makeup order. Terrible management and service, just stick to dominos.

This location in Jerome has gotten significantly better over the last few years. Sometimes the delivery times are still long but thats more because of lack of employees. They are pretty good at getting orders correct, theres been a few times I’ve commented something specific when ordering and it hasnt been done. Maybe the employees need to read customer comments a little closer. The Pizza Hut app is easy to use and very convenient.

I’ve given them chance after chance after chance and this time was it for me. I ordered extra meat and this is what I got . Then they didn’t bring my sprite and of course had to run back and get it at the store every time I’ve ever used them there’s something wrong. The pizza was cold too which is why it’s in the oven . I tasted it and it’s. Nasty but I’m hungry and I’m not going to call again and tell them what else went wrong it’s a waste of time

This is the worst pizza hut location I’ve ever been. Total nightmare. Nobody cares a damn to take my order. All of the staff acted like there was no one standing when I even called out standing in front of the counter. It took me about 10 minutes to get someone’s attention to get the order placed. Definitely should avoid this place at all costs.

I highly recommend the stuffed crust here. It is delicious. I did notice that last time I ate here, the pizza was extremely greasy, especially closer to the middle. I don’t frequency Pizza Hut so I’m not sure if that’s how they always do it but the grease was certainly excessive. Also, make sure you check and see if they are running any promotions and you might be able to save some money.

They were Great! We tried the new item slices?!?! I think that’s what they are called. It’s a folded thin crust pizza with meat or chicken ranch bacon & parm!!! This was the best one or the meat is all meat. Will try the other two kinds next…
