The server today was absolutely incredible. I was there 7/18/23 at about 1400. She was so helpful to get me in and out because she knew I had a 30 min lunch break and made it happen for me. I wish I remembered her name. The pizza was wonderful too

We have ordered from this Pizza Hut many times and we’ve never had a bad experience, but tonight it was outstanding. The gentleman that was upfront *picked up pizza at 6pm* was super polite, he showed me the pizza to make sure I was happy with it and was just overall great! This was also the best tasting pizza we had ever had from here. Again never had a bad pizza but tonight just tasted so much better than any way there time. Overall great experience!

Terrible service!!! Ordered a pizza and 2 liter drink. When I received my order the pop was not included. This was a mistake on a girl named Jennifer. She forgot to put it on my ticket. She refused to redeliver my item until I paid for the pop. It was her fault and she didn’t take responsibility for it. I should have been compensated for her mistake. She was very rude and unprofessional. Will be talking to her boss tomorrow. What a joke of a place. Even the delivery man acted put out. Shouldn’t have tipped him. Called the other store and they said they know who Jennifer was and was not a fan . And Jennifer is a manager. Never ordering from this joke of a place again!!!

Food and salad bar were good. Service was amazing. But let me clarify. Maggie’s service was amazing. She was the only employee taking orders, bussing tables, keeping the salad bar fresh, serving, I think she may have even cooked our pizza as well. The other employees didn’t do a damn thing, that my wife and I noticed anyway! I’m not sure where the manager is, or if Maggie IS the manager. I would highly suggest the management here be evaluated, and replaced with her. There was absolutely no reason someone else couldn’t be helping her, most are standing around doing absolutely nothing. This is not a team. This is a one woman operation. Thank you Maggie 🙂

I cant believe this pizza hut allows its managers to curse their employees me and my family were eatting at this pizza hut thursday july 13 ,2023 at 11:45am the managers name is BEN he cussed out a waitress named carole that was waiting on us i cants repeat the cussed words he called her we have call the corporate offices for pizza hut NEVER EVER EVER WILL WE EAT HERE AGIN THIS BEN GUY THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE IN JAIL.

Pizza and breadsticks and cinnamon sticks were very under done after asking for well done and when I called the night manager wasn’t going to fix any of it until I told him that we eat there once or twice a week these last couple months then he fixed it and gave us a credit

Have to say I had the best service that I’ve ever gotten the front counter person was Ben who helped me out I always get nervous going to some places because I asked a lot of questions about the menu and sauces and deals and he was so friendly took his time to tell me about the deals and answered all of the questions that I asked and didn’t rush me out like most people would which made me feel a lot more comfortable I would definitely recommend coming here Staff are so friendly and welcoming and food was great plus good prices

It’s hard to beat these stuffed crust pepperoni sausage, and mushroom pizza from Pizza Hut. I feel like their pizza is a step above all of the other mass-produced pizza chains. It’s hard to screw up pizza so most pizza is good. I can even handle a cheap little Caesars pizza every now and then, but when it comes to big corporate, pizza ….Pizza Hut is the King!
