If I could give this place negative stars. I would. We ordered food for delivery at 7:00 pm. The order said it would take 35-40 mins for delivery. We paid and left the highest tip it would allow. At 8:15 Pm we got a call saying they were busy, our food had been done for 20-25 mins sitting there but they were willing to give us $3 off a $60 order, if we would be willing to wait an additional 20-25 mins for our food, or if we were willing to pick it up, he would give us an additional $5 off instead of three. Even though the delivery charge was $5 and the tip was $8. We asked if there was a general manager or owner I could speak to. He told me there is no owner of this location, he was the general manager, then used profanity towards my wife as we were on speaker phone and hung up on us. We did absolutely nothing wrong other than order a pizza from this establishment. If this place does have a local owner they should be very proud of how their employees (the guy that cussed at my wife claimed he was the general manager) treat their customers.

Ordered a pizza today, had a free one coming. So thought we would have one for lunch. Got it and it tasted really funny not sure if the sauce was bad or if it was made with marinara. Called once to have them check the sauce and the man stated they had just opened it. Called a second time and got a kid who immediately got a attitude like oh you again, and asked me, do you want a refund or what? I wanted to say, no Moran how do you refund a free pizza. This was hands down the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. We went many years not eating at pizza hut because of poor product and over the past year and half started ordering from them again on occasion. But after this, I think we will continue not to waste our money ordering nasty pizza from them. As a result today, we had to throw theirs in the garbage and order one from somewhere else.

I ordered a curbside pick up. I called the number when I reached the store- it rang endlessly. I was transferred to a main system somewhere and was on hold 8 minutes. They sent the store a message and said the pizza would be our in 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I was still waiting. I had to drag two toddlers in and there was only one worker who did not even apologize. Terrible service.

I will never come back to your restaurant. We had a horrible experience. After ordering pizza online, it was not delivered, then after calling we were told it would not be delivered nor would we get a refund. We had to show up to the restaurant with a sheriff to get the situation resolved.

Food was good. But I ordered on line & gave a pickup time of 45 minutes later. I was there at time & 1 pizza was done but not other pizza & pasta bowl. It was another 15 minutes before all gone. No explanation why. This is a carryout/delivery only place. Didn’t see any indication of being busy.

My online order was received and delivered within the timing promised. My pizza was hot and delicious! Docked a star simply for attention to detail – some toppings on my pizzas got mixed up between the two pizzas so we didn’t get exactly what we ordered.
