The pizzas were burnt and had sauce all ove the crust, slices were so unevenly cut. Looks like its made by a tweeker. I called the Store. They sent a remake. That one came even worse. I called and Jake Grant who claims to be the general manager told me that the pizzas sent were made by him and they are the Pizza Hut Standard. I have bought pizzahut for years and have never seen anything like this. He called it the imperfectly perfect pizza. He said thats how they are supposed to look. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. This is unacceptable and the amount of money I spent and the pizza and service I had to deal with is unacceptable and there is no way I will go back to Pizza Hut again. He told me that is the pizza i should expect everytime, so no thanks.

So I’ve gotten pizza from this pizza hut a million times but recently they’ve revamped their staff and have changed things around. Tonight when I ordered a couple of pizzas and some wings I was VERY surprised when I looked at my pizzas and they were the best I’ve seen since I’ve been ordering from here. Nickie was the cook and he did a fantastic job. Pizza was feet, crust was great and not overbearing and I was very pleasantly surprised at how great my food was made and how great it tasted! If they this keep this up I will definitely be ordering from here more often. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings also and they tasted awesome.

Placed an online pickup order and went inside the store well after the expected timeframe (20+ minutes). Stood at the counter for a good 6 minutes until I had to walk to the left and let one of the employees know I was there. Employee made a snarky “I’ll be there” comment like he hated his job. Keep in mind there were also two other customers waiting behind me so I had to either say something or else all three of us would just be sitting there staring into the abyss. If you’re busy or short staffed, just let the customer know proactively instead of leaving us hanging.

The quality of ingredients, temperature and overall quality lack the basic ability to surpass a grocery store frozen pizza. I have tried this location a few times. The quality seems to go down each time.

I called to order a pizza. I asked if they had any specials and was told “no.” (I’ve never heard of a pizza place not having any specials.) then the person who took my order didn’t know how to take a payment over the phone and left me on hold for 15 minutes while he was getting the manager. Eventually I hung up and called back.

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. I got there to pick up my order which was given to the customer before me by mistake. Ok no big deal, it looked like the guys were super busy so to solve the problem they were just to remake my order. 25 min later my order wasn’t complete. Again I was trying to be understanding about it so I asked for a refund on the wings that they didn’t made and the manager (or so she said she was) said that she could not give me a refund. Now, what type of management is that?!! She made me wait for another ten minutes and after finally talking to someone that was hiding on the back she said that she could do the refund. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Meh, pizzas were overcooked, barely any sauce or cheese. 2 Lousy, dry, pathetic pizzas for $30. Better off going down the road and spend an extra $5 for a decent pizza that to be disappointed.
