What do you know? The Rathdrum Pizza Hut still sucks. This time, I called and it wasn’t even answered by somebody in the store. The call went to a call center. Then the order was NOT delivered by Pizza Hut. It was delivered by a Door Dash driver. Totally unprofessional from start to finish.

Ordered the new melts. They were all delicious. App ordering went flawlessly. Food was hot and good. Got order delivered with 30 minutes. Delivery fees along with tipping are getting expensive in my opinion.

I placed my order online and that went well but when I picked up my order both my pizza and cheese breadsticks were way over cooked. I couldn’t even eat the breadsticks because the cheese was burnt and the bread was hard. And it was very disappointing because I ordered extra cheese on my pizza only to have burnt cheese on my pizza.

We haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time, for many reasons, but tonight’s experience has changed our opinion! The delivery time used to be way too long. We would have to think about it ahead of time, and order early enough to get the pizza at a reasonable time. Tonight they told me they would be here at 7:40 and they were. 30 minutes. We ordered a meat lovers and a super supreme. The toppings were great and the veggies were actually fresh. The crust was great too. The only thing I would change about it would be that it needs to be a little crisper on the bottom. The young man that took my order was kind, polite, and took his time. The young man that delivered the pizza was also polite and friendly. All around great experience. So glad something changed!

I want to give who ever made my pizza a big fat shout out! This was like the first time ever that I ordered extra pineapple and actually got extra pineapple. It was amazing. I wish my pizza showed up that way every time. I might consider getting pizza but more often.
