I was delivered the wrong order. I ordered a medium meat lovers with cheese sticks and the cookie and ranch. I received a medium chicken pizza with onions, which I’m allergic to. I tried calling the store and couldn’t get through for over an hour and a half. So I called the customer service line, and they said I had to talk to the store, and would try to transfer me to the store. Only to wait on hold for almost five minutes and being either disconnected or hung up on. So I called back pizza huts complaint line again asking for a refund. I preferred my food because I was hungry. But at this point I was over it and just wanted my money back. Horrible experience.

Ordered food today. Did not receive the 4 bottles of diet Pepsi I ordered. Also, pizza had hardly any meat on it. Food was delivered to the wrong floor. Tried to call the store to let them know the situation, had to listen to hold advertisements and was hung up on before ever speaking to a person. Tried calling 4 times and had the same result. Gave up calling the store. Contacted corporate and they said it would take a few days to even hear back from them. Bad service. Food was pretty gross too, with a flavorless Alfredo sauce and crust that tasted of kanola oil and nothing else. The pasta itself was good after I added some salt. There is a reason this pizza hut location barely is scraping by with 3 stars, while the town next over has 4 stars: it’s because it’s awful.

Got delivered the wrong order… Called into customer service for the store address: 76 N 100 E American Fork, UT 84003. Got hung up on 3 times when transferred to the store from customer service and got hung up on. Called back and then we were told by customer service that they will put a ticket in for our “complaint” of wanting our pizza delivered or a refund and the answer will be relayed in 1 to 3 business days…

the 2 stars are for the pizza was still warm and the flavor was good. The expense after tip of a very small medium was high. $17.00 for a pizza that did not begin to be a medium size was too high. The hand tossed crust was undercooked…I had not eaten a Pizza Hut Pizza in 20 years because they used to be very greasy. But this one was not greasy just very small and undercooked crust. Other than that..:/

The pizza was 45 minutes after the latest time given and barely warm. It was also taken to the wrong door despite directions otherwise. I wouldn’t have known if not for the notification. If there is a delay that means the delivery will be later, I understand that that happens sometimes, but communication is key to that understanding don’t let me know there’s a problem and you’re having someone else deliver it when it’s already 20-25 minutes late. Also make sure there is at least a way to keep the pizza hot until it arrives no matter when it gets there.

Over 1/2 hr late as they decided to not use the address in my profile for some reason. Then when I called they were rude, unhelpful and would not take responsibility for the delivery of their product. I was told the message “out for delivery” apparently doesn’t mean out for delivery at that time??? Guess I missed the change in the definition to those words…. Also they insinuated you got it eventually what’s the problem?? Note I ordered FROM their app and it was not me who picked their delivery service.

Very rude I think it was the manager I came and picked up an order but then got a second offer on the way so I told her and she said it would be 5 minutes which is fine but she was yelling at me and blaming me for the inconvenience. I mean both barely tipped enough but the stack made the drive worth it. I wouldn’t bother with picking up here again.
