Such a disappointment. The pizza was gross and such a thin crust that the cardboard box had more thickness. We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some pastas. The pasta weren’t any better. They looked like they’ve been sitting on a heat tray all day long. Will not be going back and will not recommend to anyone.

Honestly, I love to leave great reviews for businesses since they are often under appreciated. I have no complaints on the staff however I am upset with the process pizza hut has for their online portal. I ordered food today with the last 30.00 I had, as I checked out the portal said my card didn’t go through. I decided to try again same mistake but when i checked my bank the funds were approved and now i have neither food nor my money to go elsewhere… Don’t trust their online system. At least from my experience they just want your money…

This place is unique. It’s not often you find a pizza chain place today where there’s seating. This location had plenty of seating. It’s not particularly comfortable, but you feel free to sit and hear your pizza there. They have a bunch of TV’s on the wall as well. When I went, it was just under an hour before closing, and there was a grand total of one employee working at the time. He was friendly and the service was quick.

My previous review was a 5. (This is a new experience update) I placed a delivery order and did not select the no-contact delivery option. I had already tipped online. To my disappointment, I discovered the pizza on my porch after I realized too much time had passed. It was cold. No knock, no ring of the door bell. It’s quite disappointing, to be honest. It appeared that once they had secured their tip, their dedication to delivering complete customer service was pointless for them. This is why I always have a problem tipping these places. If you tip… well… You already tipped for a job unknown. If you don’t tip, and you want to tip cash. They wont see it that way and screw you anyway because you didn’t tip.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully this will be an opportunity for this location to improve. We’ve had great pizza from this same location, but the two we received tonight are two of the worst pizzas we’ve ever had from any pizza place. We ordered 2 stuff crust pizzas. As you can see in the picture a nickel had more thickness than the crust, cheese, sauce and pepperoni combined. It’s nearly as hard as a rock and tastes like cardboard. This experience has left us extremely disappointed and hungry. Hopefully management can get these issues resolved. We won’t be going back until then.

The environment is great and the pizza was good. The ordering process was difficult and picking up at the drive-thru led me inside to find my order. The drive-thru shift manager didn’t have a clue and the staff inside appeared way over their heads with rush hour. I’m confident they’ll only get better. For now I’ll be patient.

Ordered online/delivery and they sent me someone else’s order which took 45 mins for the first order to arrive and it was wrong, so we reorder and it took another 45 mins AND THEY SENT THE FIRST PIZZA THAT WAS FOR ME THAT WAS OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF OLD AND COLD! DISGUSTING!!

First and last time visiting this place. Dined in and used the rest room while we waited. How a restaurant’s bathroom is, the kitchen likely follows. The bathroom was filthy, smelled of sewage and the toilet looked like it was covered in urine and was offset from it’s position on the floor. When we got our pizza you could tell there was no love put into it and the crust had a strong yeasty taste. Disgusting. Don’t show a business love when it’s not reciprocated.
