The products are typically good but I bought the New Yorker and was not at all impressed. Come to find out it’s not the fault of this specific location. They followed the recipe, and after looking at other reviews photographs, the pizza I got is the pizza everyone else is getting. Barely any cheese (unlike what appears in the advertisement), it’s like cardboard, tastes, looks and feels like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp, and it’s overpriced. They credited me to purchase another product from them at a later time, which was great, because as I mentioned I am usually happy with them. I do not recommend the New Yorker though.

Every once in a while, I really want to get back to a childhood experience and have a pan super supreme, my favorite. The last few pan pizzas i’ve gotten were old dough and not good. I understand not wanting to throw out a product that kinda looks good. as a previous mom and pop pizzeria owner, Main St. Pizza Wedowee AL, but if the Pan crush is flat or falling, it’s going to come out flat and not fluffy? When I managed a Pizza Hut in Layton. I remember the prep, proof, and an expiration time on Pan Pizza. It was very specific. Other doughs are forgiving and can be used after prime, but if you go past the allotted time on a pan, they’re not good, in my opinion. I would guess the Pan Pizza that I’ve been getting and recently got are at least a day, if not more, past their prime.

The last 2 times I have ordered from them, this is what it comes looking like. It’s burnt. When I called to get a new one made, they hung up on my call 4 times just now before ever even talking to anyone. I am beyond frustrated. $17 for something that isn’t able to be eaten.

Gave in to my wife. She likes pizza now and then, but for me, my work has ruined it and I can’t stand it anymore. However, I had a couple of slices of BBQ chicken, and it wasn’t bad.

I have never had am issue with this location until today. The pizzas were horrible they were burnt and hardly had any sauce on them. The bread sticks were burnt along with the cinnamon rolls. I also ordered marinara sauce and garlic. The didn’t give me any and when I called them they tried telling me they put it in with the pizza and then said oh we didn’t give you the garlic sauce. To pay almost $60.00 for this is a shame

Answer your phones. When we realized that it was going to be almost 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered we wanted to cancel and no one could be bothered to answer phones. I sat on hold for almost an hour. My husband was able to order from another company, plus pick it up, bring it home and we ate before ours got delivered. Secondly, make the order correctly. We paid for upgrades that we did not get. Thirdly, if we have to wait that long for pizza, I expect it to be warm at least. The pizza was room temperature at best.

This place used to mever get my order right. For YEARS it was always wrong and tasted horrible. Not sure what changes were made but they made one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years and it was made perfect and delivered still hot. I was very happy ! Good job yall !
