I have ordered from the Draper store before and their pizza just is not as good as other stores but I didn’t really want to drive to another store. I placed the order for delivery. My pizza was delivered on time but it is paper thin, rock hard and has a very strange flavor. I don’t think I have ever had bread sticks that were so dry that it would break when bent. The coloring of the breadsticks and pizza just wasn’t right.

The desktop authentication page would not accept copy-paste to fill my password field. For added security, I don’t use password managers and I keep my passwords in a PGP encrypted local file from which I copy and paste. I do NOT want to have to type these long passwords in manually (which I had to do to get it to work) so in the future, no copy-paste, no order. Other than this, everything was great, therefore I dinged only one star from the rating

Every person there was great! They were running their butts off while simultaneously dealing with rude / frustrated customers. My respect. But I fell for the wings—which I admit was dumb. Who buys wings from a pizza chain?! But, my complaint isn’t that I thought they’d be awesome. My only complaint is that they should really just call them chicken nuggets, like the rest of the world does.

I order bacon pizza a few week back ( I have order bacon pizza from this place before) but this time it was drenched in oil. You would grab a slice and you see the oil dripping down not only that but there was so much oil that it soaked the box.

On our last visit we got the Big New Yorker. Big mistake. Normally we enjoy Pizza Hut as a quick and easy slice. We don’t go expecting some authentic gourmet pizza. But I do expect something edible. It tasted like the garbage Dominos used to serve 10 years ago. The staff is fine, not happy bubbly folks, but not gruff and grizzled either. Somewhere in-between, I’d say apathetic. We will still go back and grab a classic stuffed crust or bathe in the 80’s nostalgia that is the pan pizza. But I will probably steer clear of their promotional items in the future. Remember the P’Zone? Yeah, me neither.
