Went above an beyond! When I went to pay for my order, the system went down. After waiting for about 10 minutes, they apologized for the wait and offered the pizza on the house. This was something completely out of their control, and they made the situation better for the customer. Good customer service goes a long way!

Ordered their pizza for supper tonight. I might as well have flushed my money down the toilet. It was so disgusting it went right into the garbage. We recently moved here and thought I would give them a try. BIG MISTAKE. I would give them minus stars if possible.

Placed an order online for two promotional items through the Deals menu. The total at the checkout page was the correct amount, however upon receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged full price for everything. I did not notice this until after bringing the pizza home, so I contacted Pizza Hut customer service in order to try to get this issue corrected. Customer service gave me an answer which had nothing to do with my question, and did not solve my issue. I responded to their email, reiterating my issue in that I wanted a refund for the promotion which was not applied to my order, and since then, Pizza Hut customer service has completely ghosted me. I have no idea what’s wrong with their online ordering system but after some searching, I discovered that this same issue has happened to others, and it doesn’t seem like Pizza Hut is concerned with fixing whatever technical issue causes this to happen, or refunding orders which were charged the wrong amount. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered pizza tonight at 5:53. It’s 7:35 and still no pizza. We have called numerous of times just to be on hold for longer than 10 ,min. I just want to know where my food is at that I ordered of get a refund. Never order from here again. They have lost my business completely.

We ordered pizza the first time and got the wrong order so they gave us a credit for that pizza so when we decided to try again and use this credit we got the wrong pizza again two times in a row? They obviously don’t care if they get your order right it’s a joke open the box and look at the pizza to make sure your costomer is getting the right pizza. We have also been trying to call them for the past 30 minutes now and every time the store answer’s the phone they immediately hang up over and over again

My food always gets to me hot and ready! The delivery is quick and on time, and the driver is always courteous! I have had my pizza dropped off at my neighbors house a couple times, but overall it gets to me.
