Me and my sister ordered 3 pizzas and bread stcks left one of the pizzas no big deal called and the guy Dave wasn’t very friendly but eh bad day idk, well offered to pick up the pizza longboarded there on the promise they’d make it up just to get there and have him waiting out front in his wheelchair and afterwards tell me that the manager “can’t do anything to make it up” ridiculous considering on the phone they promised to “make it up” I’m not mad at him but whatever manager is here is completely incompetent unfortunately. I have worked fast food but never been treated like this anywhere I have NEVER LEFT A REVIEW LIKE THIS but it’s deserved. Thanks for your time.

On 8/19, I ordered the two for $6.99 medium pizzas on the app for my boyfriend to pick up on his way over. To surprise him, I put in the additional notes to “put pepp in a heart” (the number of characters was limited). I assumed they would just arrange the pepperonis in a heart shape on the pizza. No, they went above and beyond and the entire pizza arrived in the shape of a heart! Thank you SO much to whoever made this masterpiece!

I ordered for a pizza to be delivered to my house today through the pizza hot online website. Even though it said there would be a wait of 85 minutes. I was willing to wait as I was waiting for my family. 1 hour passed and nothing. 2 hours passed and nothing. We got a message saying that DoorDash would now deliver our order. We waited and it even said that our dasher had arrived so they can pick it up and bring it to us. But then as we were checking every ten minutes, we got a message saying that our pizza had been cancelled. We called and it said that they were closed even though it says they are open. Like, we had to wait more than three hours for no food. Hugest disappointment and want my money back because I got nothing.

Our favorite place for pizza when we want to get lots of it for a good price. BBQ chicken and chicken bacon ranch are our favorites off the menu, besides good old pepperoni with extra cheese. We really like the different options for crust flavor. Always fill out the survey on the back of the receipt for a $10 off your next order of $20- such a good deal!

If you want terrible service, quality, and overpriced food this is the place for you! Specifically, University Parkway Pizza Hut. Ordered our food, was told it was just two medium pizzas and I waited for over two hours and they send me the confirmation and my order was clase to my house and nobody showed up. When I look in the app it said my order was canceled, they did have from a rude, way to answer the phone and hand up. If they didn’t have drivers, understandable, they can only do so much, so I went in myself. When we got there immediately the Manager (I think) started complaining about customers to a trashy Door Dash driver about changing orders and how they won’t work 1 minute after close. If you want pizza in Orem, go to Mountain Mikes down the street. It’s much better service and food for roughly the same money. This location needs to have employees released and quality checks done. SAVE YOUR MONEY And Never Place an order to that store.

I’ve never been to a pizza hut that charges for the red pepper and parmesan. Come to think of it I’ve never been to any pizza establishment that charged for those 2 items. It seems cheap as they were trying to talk me into buying containers of the red pepper. Considering the pizza cost 20 bucks and they have to charge for some small packets of red pepper and parmesan I know I’ll never go back again.

Poor customer service. Called in an order. Walked in to pick up. Was told to wait. After one hour since my actual order, I was told the person gave my order to someone else. I understand mistakes, but they should have done something for me. I know the kid felt terrible. But maybe have a policy in place to give me the incentive to return.
