I had put in an online order and received confirmations per the app and my email. My card had been charged and I had confirmed it was for the correct location. When I came to pick it up, the manager told me they got nothing and when I asked for help on what my options were, he was completely incompetent and did not care to help me at all. I asked him questions on what I could do and he just seemed like he was so ready to get me out of the store immediately. Just wanted some pizza, man. Gonna take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza online comes time for my pizza to be delivered. It wasn’t here. I called the store. No one answers a few different times, so I decided to call my bank. Someone at the Pizza Hut decided to cancel my order.!!! I would rather spend the extra money,at independent family on pizza place for now own !!! do yourself a favor order somewhere else it’s not worth the hassle

I sat in front of the store waiting for curbside delivery for 15 min after time estimated in the mobile app. When I went in with my dog because I couldn’t leave her in a hot car, the manager was on the phone and ignored me. No one was at the counter for more than 5 min., and my order was sitting in the warmer. The slip even said “curbside.” VERY disappointing.

I placed an order online. My credit card company sent a message a charge was made but the app said it did not go through. I placed the order a second time with the same results. I called this location for assistance. Was put on hold and was disconnected. I called back, was disconnected. I called back again and was disconnected a third time. I just wanted a freaking pizza! We placed an order, had it confirmed, and the staff said it didn’t “come up on their tv so they don’t have it”. We showed them the order but they didn’t offer to start it, and basically brushed off the problem being very passive-agressive. Horrible customer service over all. Do not go here.

This location is by far the worst one. I ordered 80$ work of food, and even tipped the driver a 10$ bill. I soon realised that 2 items were missing and that all the bread items were doughy and under cooked and that the chicken wings container looked as if it had been stepped on. I then try and call the location over 10x and each time someone answered and instantly hung up. Sll i wanted was either a refund or replacment order. This is really bad service.

Don’t bother. Just pick another location. Ordered pizza wings and cheesy bread. Got the cheesy bread and pizza not the wings. Tried to call atleast 10 times no one answered. So I drove up there. The employee working was extremely rude when I tried to explain what happened he stopped me mid sentence with “what size and what flavor” so I kinda laughed and told him and he gave me a smirk and walked away. Walked outside and he was right behind me with wings. When I said I want them fresh since I had to drive up here he just said they are fresh and put them in mely hand and walked away. Will never order from this location again. Can’t believe how rudly I was treated. There is a reason this place only has 3 stars.
