Food is great, as always. Delighted yesterday by the ninja turtles boxes, THE PAST RETURNS. Delivery order from door dash didn’t show. Had to visit the store and pick up the remade order. Guy gave a partial refund, a nice token of customer value. I won’t order delivery again if it’s handed off to Door Dash. I LOVED the New Yorker pizza.

I used to order delivery a lot from here, but I decided to pick up. The wait time was as expected, 15 minutes. The cashier was nice. I just wasn’t too happy with my pizza. It had a total of 8 pepperoni on it. There was barely any other ingredients on there. 2 mushroom. I should have checked my pizza before I left but didn’t. May try other places if I have a craving for pizza.

I really enjoy the pan pizza, so crispy and yummers! Two visits in a row though, it’s just been sloppy. Sure, they deliver quickly but you can tell when the food arrives. Very skimpy on the toppings when it’s one or two – no way toppings should be $2 each when they barely give you even one whole mushroom on an entire large pizza. Opposite on the supreme. Every topping falls off when you pick a piece to eat it. This last time, I actually topped with my own mozzarella and baked in the oven a few minutes just so that the toppings stayed ON the pizza.

Ordered pizza tonight. Boxes came crushed, part of the cheese ended up on top of the box. Hardly any pepperoni on my pizza. And it looks like they forgot how to cut a pizza. Cheese sticks came missing the marinara and hardly any cheese on top. Disappointed. Probably will never order from this location again. ☹️

absolutely the worst pizza hut location I ever dealt with. I am here at 10:09 pm and the guy behind the counter refused to take my order because he’s working by himself and he have to do inventory. change your business hours to 10 then.

I spent over an hour talking to multiple people in a call center somewhere trying to call this place to see where the heck our pizza was and then eventually to try to get a refund. They all said contradictory things and the restaurant never answered when I was transferred to it. Their app is riddled with bugs that will screw up your order, this location was impossible for me to reach by phone, and their call center is one of the worst I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Maybe if you show up in person you can manage to get this place to give you a pizza, but I was just ripped off when I could have used DoorDash or called any other pizza place whose restaurant actually takes their own calls.
