If I could leave NO STARS I would. I ordered my pizza and other items here. Half my order was missing and I called to complain manager didn’t care and continued to be completely RUDE. I ordered through door dash through them. But my pizza barely had any cheese or toppings. Mind you half my order is missing. And when I brought the pizza to the store to complain the manger said it wasn’t his problem. I asked if he would eat the pizza they made he responded NO. Okay but you expected me to eat it without barely any toppings or cheese it was cold too. The bread was completely thin. I was charged nearly $30 something for my order with half my order missing. He told me to complain to door dash. I did . But I REFUSE to ever order from this place again. Get your pizza from some place else.

Pizza Hut has gone way downhill. This store always kinda sucks, but do they really suck now. My food was never delivered and when I called the the store they said it was my fault. Wouldn’t offer any new pizza or refund until I threatened to call bank and report fraud. Like others said- beware! Maybe they just suck, but could be they are ripping people off too.

Horrible. Ordered hours ago, driver never delivered. Called the store and the shift manager refused to let me speak with store manager, refused to make any replacement, never apologized (actually claimed it was our fault for choosing contactless delivery), said the pizza was probably hidden on our doorstep (lol), and offered no solutions. All we asked was for them to remake and deliver, even though it would be two hours late, they refused.

It definitely wasn’t what I expected and very disappointing. The Philly cheese steak Pizza had no flavor whatsoever not even the white sauce. And the calzone or whatever it was that my girlfriend had got was burnt to a crisp and we had to take it back in order to get it made right. Pizza Hut definitely is not what it used to be, it is gone way downhill!!

Worst pizza hut ever! Payed for an order we never even received. The store would not answer our calls, and corporate won’t give a refund. CAREFUL ORDERING, YOU MAY NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER OR A REFUND. WORST MANAGEMNET IM SALT LAKE CITY.

Got a gift certificate from work to use decided to order through the Uber Eats app they gave us, put in specifically half cheese & half pepperoni & instead get a full cheese pizza only. Call the restaurant & whoever answered the phone was very ignorant & rude. Said I should call next time if wanting my pizza made specifically a certain way. Why have notes then what I wanted if you’re not going to read & make the pizza that way. Didn’t offer to make anything right & hung up on me. Guess we’ll have to take our business elsewhere if this is how a customer gets treated.

Ordered for delivery. I received an automated message that my order would be delivered via door dash. Order never arrived. Door dash link said order was canceled. Called restaurant and their automated system said my order was delivered. Not so as I was waiting outside for them. No one will answer phone at the restaurant.

Ordered today. I’m on a streak of restaurants getting things wrong so I started to rate them on google. Pizza Hut forgot one of my toppings so I got ripped off on that one, that’s nice. Then the cheese doesn’t go to the crust so there’s a big splotch of cooked sauce. And why is the pizza only about an 1/8 inch thick? Is it supposed to be like that??? I dunno. And the marinara sauce is about 1/4 full. That’s ok, I only wanted sauce on one breadstick. Cool Pizza Hut. Cool cool cool. The one pic shows a single slice of pizza that makes up over 1/4 of the pie.
