Got here during the lunch rush to one employee trying to do everything… felt horrible for the guy… management should be ashamed… talked to a guy in line ahead of me that ordered 12 pizzas but said he put the order in on Friday and it’s Monday… management still made this poor guy work alone during the lunch rush knowing that he’d have to do it all alone. I’d fire them in a heartbeat! I ordered my food online and he hadn’t even had a chance to put it in the oven… he was running back and forth trying to ring people up and make food. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting on food that should’ve been done and feeling sorry for the kid being abused by the management here.

It took a minute to get the manager on phone, but when she came on she was kind and helpful and resolved my issue (crust wasn’t what I was expecting, probably my fault for not asking questions). I give them high marks for caring enough to make it right, even if I had to be on hold a while.

Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Its a new building/Business but the pizza was quite literally TERRIBLE. I’m unsure how a pizza could be both soggy in the middle and dry and crumble like a cracker at the crust but Pizza Hut Washington UT figured it out. The marinara was most likely cross contaminated with their BBQ sauce because it tasted strongly of BBQ. Pizza Hut used to have the best crust, I don’t know what happened but you have ruined it.

Pizza hut will never be as good as it once was. While this location doesn’t get great reviews I can tell you they have good customer service. I had a slight issue with my delivery order not being quite what I ordered but they made it right with no fuss.

Pretty good food. But I have come here many times and have gotten the delicious cinnamon rolls. The service is good and they’ll sneak you some cinnamon roll sauce that makes it extra creamy. All around it’s very good to eat and grab a bite for everyone, for either a fam or friend gathering and having a lot of food!

I got the Big New Yorker pizza because the commercials look great. I would say the crust is ordinary to Pizza Hut. They are acceptable. Nothing different from what Pizza Hut usually offers. Six slices. That is what sets this pizza apart. It will be a while before I come back.

My 10 year old son received a free pizza promotion coupon at the UTU vs SUU b-ball game. He was so excited. The coupon was for a carry out order. While the family was busy, my hungry son called the mall drive location, explained his coupon, and asked if he could place an order for delivery. The store said yes and delivered him a large pizza. This 10 yr old, who surprised everyone, was quite proud he was able to fix dinner for the entire family. Thank you for helping our little guy out. This service built his confidence, independence, and capability. We will be a forever customer and our little guy will never forget this. Thank you, thank you!!
