I have been a Pizza Hut fan for years. The last time I went to Pizza Hut I wasn’t happy so decided to try this location. Well I am done with Pizza Hut. The pizza dough isn’t the same as before. It has a weird taste now. I ordered a Pan Pizza Supreme and it was like a hand tossed crust. No crisp crust. The top part of pizza tasted like bacon even though there was no bacon on my pizza. I also ordered a thin crust pepperoni with pineapple and the crust on that one was thick.

Always check your order especially with this location. Months ago I ordered same 2 pizzas I ordered a few days ago. The 2 from months ago were way undercooked still all doughy and practically no cheese melting; thus past Saturday 8/19 I ordered 2 large hand-tossed cheese with extra sauce and received 2 thin crust lite sauce. Was a total waste of money.

First tried to order 2 large pan pizzas with 3 topping and 16 wings.. told the total was $72. Said I wasn’t going to pay that much. Both employees in the store tried to figure out why it was so much, but couldn’t. I saw an advertised deal on the counter for 2 medium 1 topping pizzas and 16 wings for $26 and said I’d just take that. Then they told me the price was wrong and it was 32. I was fine with that and paid. When I came in to get my order, the lady behind the counter tells me my card didn’t go all the way through and that I owed an additional $21 for a total of $54.03. I said that was insane and that I wouldn’t have bought anything at that price. She then goes on to explain that maybe the computers were having issues (you think). I ended up with my food for 32.57, (and it was hand tossed, not pan, which was the only reason I came there) but I know they have gotten over on other people. I’ll never be going back and I would suggest that other people find a different place for pizza. They will try to over charge and scam you. I gave 1 star because I had too. Would like to subtract it please….

New and clean Pizza Hut location! Staff was friendly had to wait a few minutes for them to notice me and assist, I was the only patron in there at the time. One of my pizzas was made with the wrong crust but it was still delicious. Overall, I’m excited for this new location since the old one on Camelback and 35th violated some health codes and I refuse to go back.

Ordered a pizza with ham, pineapple, and onion. Gets delivered no pineapple call about 10 times rings up until they pick up and they hang up. Sent my boyfriend to go get the right order and they advise there is no more pineapple.

They didn’t do a good job on my son’s school awarded personal pizza. The pizza has little to no sauce, the cheese and pepperoni’s were pushed off the sides. They didn’t think of the child in mind while making it. Looked like a child made it tho.

Door dash biggest concern here. I ordered through the ap, and the driver was late 30 minutes. I complained to the customer service about the lateness of the delivery and they kept trying to connect me to the store i ordered from and the call kept disconnecting even when i kept telling them that. So then he showed up 5 minutes before I was leaving to go to this restaurant and took off. Left my order outside at the front of the apartments but did not deliver it to my door which I requested on the ap. And the food was cold. Took the food to the restaurant and had them re do the order. I was displeased with the delivery service they put in place to replace their pizza hut drivers. The store understood my complaint so nothing wrong on them.

I’m a manager at a pizza location myself, so I was sad to see the pizza bubbles when they came out I watched the worker just push them down. And when I asked for it to be remade I was told they had no more and they can credit my account. I just wanted a remake and I was even willing to pay for the next size up. Lady was nice about it and It was remade so that was a plus. There was a driver that treated my son very friendly and super nice! He made the wait time shorter for my son and I
