Got the veggie pan, and it was crazy undercooked. I mean, I had to cook it for another 20 mins in my oven undercooked. The pepperoni pizza was fine. Boneless wings were great. Ordered online, picked up, and should have checked.

Ordered in the app and was told it would take 30 minutes, after an hour and a half and several unanswered calls to the restaurant the pizza finally was delivered. When we opened the box, the pizza had a large beetle (bug) baked into the cheese. We tried to call the restaurant again with no answer.

I have ordered a couple times from this location and the food has been amazing and exactly what I ordered. I had given up on Pizza Hut because of a different location. I thought I would try once more because we have moved. This is the best Pizza Hut pizza I have had in a long time. My order was correct, hit and on time for me to pick up.

Order 2 hand tossed pizza and got New York thin crust. I called and talked to the manager, Who said he maid the pizzas. And they were hand tossed. Than said what do you want me to do???. How rude, so I made a video of the pizza to prove IT!!! AFTER ARGUING, he said I would get a credit for the order. I just wanted what I ordered and not have to argue about it. I paid for it.

This store has no desire to put out a good product they have no pride in their work the food is horrid and barely has whispers of toppings even when ordering extra. the brand has fallen far I’d say do your self a favor. We were staying at the best western hotel and even though we were close to Pizza Hut we called for delivery ( it was dark out and we do not know the roads here ). This was only an hour before closing. Couldn’t believe how nice the guy that took my order was, how fast the delivery was, and how excellent the pizza was. Was well worth the call.

I don’t write reviews often, but this is something that needs to be reviewed. I ordered a Detroit Deep Dish Style pizza, and instead received a medium Pan Pizza, with cupped pepperoni and sauce on top. This wasn’t what I ordered, remotely, and the pizza was more Crust than toppings. I contacted the place to complain, and the person who answered the phone tried to pass this as me getting a Detroit Style Deep Dish, when this clearly wasn’t even the product I ordered. They refused to listen, going so far as to argue with me over whether or not this was what I ordered, refused everything, and ultimately, refused to issue me a refund. I’ve issued a chargeback and won’t ever be ordering from here again.
