Usually this pizza hut location is on point. I’ve had the store call me and confirm if they ran out of stuff before and offer compensation if it was unavoidable. This time it seemed like they were out of everything. The cheese was extra skimpy even with ordering extra cheese. The toppings were far and in between. There was maybe one pepperoni on each slice. This visit seemed like a store going out of business. Was disappointed in this visit.

Ordered 5 pizzas on the app. Was hung up on when I called to clarify our order then when I called back I told the young man half my order and he put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. When he came back on the phone he said they already made the pizzas…..they didn’t even have my order right. He put me on the phone with the manager who said they would remake them but they don’t have all the ingredients now. I said that’s fine just not thin crust. When I arrived she told me that she is just going to give me the messed up pizzas cause she thinks they messed up again. I clarified that we should have at least one bbq pizza. She said yes. Just brought 9 pizzas home and only 1 pizza is correct! Some of the pizzas tasted like old cheese. One looked and tasted like it had sat out for quite awhile. Needless to say everyone is still hungry and very unhappy. Unfortunately they close at 10 so by the time I re order our food and drive back they would be closed! What a huge disappointment! Oh and when we first walked in the girl at the counter had her fingers all over her lips and in her mouth! I called her out and she took off to the back. When she returned she said….I was putting on chapstick and then walked off again. Dinner felt like we were tasting science experiments. What an unprofessional establishment!

I ordered delivery and when the driver brought the pizza, she clearly did not have my drink. She didn’t apologize, just said “oh I forgot it.” Then she said “do you want me to bring it?” When I answered yes, she said, “it was just a 20 oz.” When I asked if they’d refund it, she said they would, but she didn’t seem too concerned. Almost an hour later I have received the refund and I guessing I won’t. I ordered online and there is no way to communicate to let them know. Yes, I realize I can call and I will later if the refund does not appear.

We stopped here on the way to Tucson, and we can’t go anywhere if everyone is hungry. The day started out with some bumps, but once we ate, it got better. I’ve got to say service was amazing, dining area was closed because with all the rain lately, there was roof damage. The employee working the counter was so great, let us sit where there wasn’t damage to eat. Didn’t get her name, but really, the best service ever. Hope you got the tip we left. You earned it.

I had company over and no phone calls on my phone. We were in front room waiting no door bell ring or knocking. Which they claim that she knocked called rang door bell. I guess we are deaf people. No one heard my door bell ring or anyone knock or my phone ringing. Called restaurant and talked to a manger, and she didn’t believe me. She said they will deliver my cold food for free, we will not remake without charging you. Manager didn’t want to listen to what I had to say. So eventually I raised my voice. I feel it wasn’t our fault. (No body wants to listen to customers any more. It’s so sad)
