I ordered online and my card was charged twice, but I got an error message saying there was an error placing my order and to try again. Tried calling to see if the order truly went through or not. It connects to a call center. The call center keeps trying to push me through to the store and even the store manager. No one is answering.

The pizza is so expensive now and the quality has gone down. It was bland tasting and we couldn’t find any onions on our pizza that were supposed to be on it. Pizza Hut is ridiculous with their skimpy toppings, hardly any cheese and not very hot when we picked it up. Also, if you want packets of parmesan you have to pay for them. So cheap!!

Cancels your delivery order that was supposed to be delivered by 10, at 11, when they close at midnight. We got refunded, but now we don’t have our food and it’s too late to get anything else. The owner really needs to train their employees better! My order has been messed up every time I’ve ordered for the past 3-5 times. Sometimes, I don’t even get to eat because it is all wrong and I have allergies. I dont understand why it’s so difficult to read the slip that prints out. I can’t even choose a different store when ordering delivery because the app automatically selects it for you and I do not have the ability to pick it up. When I call to tell them they messed it up, Anthony says he can give me a credit and that a re-delivery would take over an hour. That’s it?! That’s all you can do to make it right?! This store makes me regret ordering from Pizza Hut.

This location sucks. I ordered a pizza at 11:02pm August 26th and they call me 10 minutes later saying they don’t have breadsticks and cinnamon sticks for my order so I changed the order. They used door dash for my delivery which did not get to my door so I call again and he says he will remake it. I called again for my order at 12:45am and no answer. I wasn’t sent a new email to get any kind of receipt or confirmation so I just lost 20 dollars wasted 2 hours waiting for nothing.
