I give this Hut a three-star because I purchased a supreme stuffed crust and when I got home I found out it was a regular crust and that made me very angry. I would have gone back and exchanged it but I live too far and with the price of gas it wasn’t worth it.

Worst ever! I don’t know where to begin. The pictures explains it all. The customer service was horrible. A complete nightmare. The employees asked what I was there for, gave them my order and still made me wait another half hour after I get there for a pickup. There was another customer waiting when I got there who had been waiting longer than they had expected. Please be sure to check your pizza before leaving from this place. I sure wish I had. I drove too far home to not have enough time to take it back. I was craving a pan pizza too. I hope they stepped up their game.

The Big New Yorker?!!! I just saw the commercial again! Our Big New Yorker 10 days ago looked NOTHING like the TV pizza! We had about HALF as much pepperoni on ours compared to the commercial! The commercial showed pepperoni covering the whole pizza, ours was placed quite sparingly. Curious IF anyone else had that happen, and maybe the workers just didn’t like the way we looked because we DROVE there to order…

Ordered a pizza online about 45 minutes to an hour ago. Picked the pizza up at about 10:25 got home at 10:30 and the pizza was floppy and sour as if the pizza was made with old dough. I used to work at a pizza hut and never did we allow a pizza to leave the store in this condition. Now I called the store to see if I could bring it in and get a fresh one made and they hung up on me each time I called. Horrible service and I am very upset with the visit to the point where I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I don’t really want to eat here anymore. I’m pregnant and pizza hut feeding me old sour dough …… Will definitely be looking for a different pizza favorite.

The staff was cool. I ordered a pizza in person and I ended up getting the wrong pizza. I should have checked before I left so it is my fault too. Will try them again someday and maybe give it a better review. I was too tired and hungry to try and correct the order once I got home.
