Fast and friendly. The food has been spot on every time so far. They’re great with dashers as well, treating us like one of their own. Definitely sets the bar for the other lacking restaurants in Buckeye & that’s crazy considering it’s a pizza place. Good work Buckeye Pizza Hut ☺️

Ordered my assistant manager a pizza for her birthday for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The new cheese steak pizza was delicious and the ordering process was super easy. Got a personal pan pizza like this. Literally just opened the box to this. looks like some took bites out of it. Needless to say I just threw it away. If this is the kind of service they have then I will never try them out again. BARROS is the way to go for fast-food chain pizza.

I order pizza and wings for my family and I. I ask for 2 of the pizzas to be well done and they delivered BURNT PIZZA! Not well done, completely burnt. The pepperoni was black! Onions, black! Crust, black! I immediately called and spoke to the manager, she sounded like she wasn’t surprised nor interested. Asked if I want my account credited or remake my pizza. They remade it and didn’t tell the delivery driver that it was a order correction. The wings were good but cold by the time the new pizza arrived. I will never order from this location again. Next time, if a customer is spending over $70 plus tip for fast food pizza, please don’t send out burnt food. Take the time out to make another one before sending it out and expecting people to settle for it.

Called your restaurant to complain about my pizza not having sauce on it . Your employee said that there are only 2 people working and they put sauce on EVERY pizza. I told her NOT on mine. She then rudely asked for my number, and then proceeds to tell me that I ordered a pizza with no sauce…. Number one, she was RUDE, and number two, who orders a pizza with no sauce? We has a terrible experience with our doordash driver who delivered the pizza. She would not give us our order even though we prepaid. I called pizza hut and RJ was very understanding and took care of us. He was also very apologetic even though it was not his fault. It’s a shame companies use doordash instead of paying drivers. Will definitely order here again knowing the staff and RJ has our backs.
