VERY disappointed. Pizza Hut as a brand usually comes through with some pretty decent food, but this was just a joke and a huge waste of money. $50 for two large pizzas and 8 Boneless wings that were garbage. One pizza was intact and tasted meh. The other pizza was only just cooked (borderline raw). One piece was missing the middle portion as if someone had taken a bite, and another was crumpled up. The wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. The sauce was put at the bottom of the container and the wings thrown on top. Wings tasted like frozen wings cooked and left on the counter to become soggy. I also saw employees come inside from taking a break outside and handle food without washing their hands.

I called them to order a pizza and after 5 minutes of listening to a looped recording of advertising I was disconnected, no one ever answered. I went to their website to place the order and was successful. It is not necessary to prepay when ordering online. I ordered a medium meat lover’s pizza and it was ready on-time and excellent.

If I could give you zero stars I certainly would. The quality of the food and services has gone down in the past year. The last 3 times I actually received what I ordered the pizzas were under cooked. Then last night after 1 1/2 hours waiting on delivery I just cancelled my order. The website posted the deliver would be within 40 to 50 minutes. After an hour I get a text saying that DoorDash would be delivering. There was no sorry for the delay or that we are really busy tonight from the girl that answer the phone, just a snotty we’ll cancel it. This location definitely needs some customer service and food quality training.

Employees coughing like crazy making food. Yes they’re wearing masks but not correctly. Super dirty. See the restroom alone. Hard pass on working or eating there anymore. Former Employee not disgruntled either. I didn’t feel right working in that environment selling food under those nasty conditions. May 2020

I ordered 65.00 worth of wings and food. I only had 100 bill. Was going to give close to. 20 dollar tip to the driver. Asking for only 20 back. The driver refused. Stated they do not carry change. I called the store to let them know. I spoke with Jen. Who claimed to be a manager. Completely rude. Did not even allow me to speak. Stayed we note on the web and when you order that we do not accept 50 and 100. This is true. However very outdated. Food cost so much anymore. It’s impossible to not have 50 and 100 for one meal. As proven my meal was nearly 65.00. Regardless. A simple statement of we don’t have change would have been sufficient. Sadly the driver. And more so the supposed manager Jen. Refused my sale. I am glad this is not the normal Pizza Hut I order from as they have horrible service. Don’t shop here. Don’t order here. You will regret it

On the far west side of Phoenix, there are not too many choices for pizza after 10pm & NO OPTIONS are midnight. Except for this Pizza Hut location! It’s so convenient to have a pizza option until 1:00 am every night. Pizzas are made fast & fresh. You can walk in to place your order or order online/app. You can carry out or they deliver too!

Pizza Hut was very prompt and my pizza was prepared just as I had requested. Presentation was great and pizza was nice and hot when I received it. Delivery instructions were followed as requested, also. Overall, this was a great experience, which seems to be hard to find anymore. I would definitely recommend trying this Pizza Hut for fast, prompt made to your order, courteous delivery service. Our pizza was still hot and very tasty.
