I’ve been going here for a few years but in the last 1-2 years the quality has really gone down. I order extras that cost more and the pizzas very rarely come with what was ordered. If I pay $2+ for extra cheese then I expect there to be extra cheese but there isn’t. I also order light sauce but there is always so much sauce that everything slides off. Customer service contacted me once saying that they wanted to make things right but I never received a follow up. I don’t dislike Pizza Hut but is it so hard to actually read what’s been ordered before making the pizza?

RAY WAS AMAZING!!! We had a lot of issues ordering through a different platform including being told nothing in our order was available, our order was cancelled, and even being hung up on. I called Pizza Hut and spoke with Ray and not only did he explain what happened and the whole ordering process through that platform-which I previously did not realize how it worked- he was extremely kind and got a new order placed for me for pickup. He was BEYOND AWESOME!!! Great customer service, extremely kind the entire time even while I was frustrated with the situation and he was extremely patient. I would 11/10 recommend this location to EVERYONE because of the awesome service Ray provided!! Thank you so much Ray!!!

Orders placed at this location either were delivered wrong or cold. Along with calling pizzq hut to inform them, they accused their customers of trying to obtain free food. That was not very professional and would assume cooperate would hire functional employees to complete orders that come across their screen.

Horrible service!!!!!!! Took three separate delivery attempts to get an order of Cinnabons that they originally forgot in the first place. Not once did they offer any type of credit or anything after we waited 2 hours for an order of Cinnabons. Lady that I talked to on the phone had no clue what she was doing either when trying to get it redelivered for the third time!!!!

Ordered one of those new melts. Wasn’t too bad, nothing more than a thin crust doe folded over with cheese and topping in it. Food was delivered hot and fast. Please remember to include my dipping sauce next time.

I hadn’t had pizza hut for probably a year. But gave it a try last night got a stuffed crust large w/ pep,mush, onion,and banana peppers was surprisingly good. It had plenty of sauce wasn’t over or under cooked. Woke up this morning and only one piece left.. I’m guessing someone got up and had a snack !
