Not sure if this happened while placing it in the box or because of the driver, but almost half the pizza had its toppings slide to the other side. Also, guess the drivers don’t get the memo on contactless deliveries either since the who delivered this kept ringing the doorbell expecting me to answer. Poorly done today.

The food was good, presented well and quick! For some reason I couldn’t select to have light sauce if I was having the food delivered. Kind of odd but I switched to carryout and all was well. Walked in, cashier just stares at me – no greeting, nothing. Okay whatever, order says DONE on the screen. He then proceeds to go into the kitchen completely ignoring me until another customer comes in. Fully greets this customer. THEN finally decides he’s ready to cash me out. Terrible service.

The Pizza Hut on Bell & Grand does not even deserve one star. Waited over an hour and twenty minutes and when my order arrived it was the wrong order. Tried calling the store several times 2 no answers 1 hang up I finally got through on the 4th call. The manager was unapologetic and simply offered me a free pizza on my account. I explained I wanted the order re-delivered and I should not have to wait over another hour. It took another hour and it was missing the marinara for the breadsticks, the wings were drowning in grease, and the pizza was cold. Worst service, employees playing around ( I could hear them during the phone call), and the manager (not sure he even was and definitely undeserving of being a manager) acted like he could care less.

To start, placing my order was so difficult. He kept repeating my order back and it was wrong every single time. It was delivered quick, but too quick…the pizza wasn’t even cooked thoroughly.
