I ordered 2 dinner boxes for my sister’s Bat Mitzvah. I waited 5 hours and the pizzas never came out. I sat there until a young man named Ezra came out and gave me world-class customer service. It would be foolish to say that this experience was bad after seeing the kind servitude of this pretty young man.

I got the Detroit pizza with the “crispy cheesy edges” except it DIDN’T HAVE THAT AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Paid EXTRA for a smaller pizza with no cheesy edges. Won’t make that mistake again. Food here is NOT served as advertised.

Was absolutely so disappointed in our pizza pick up order. And I can tell you it is the first time this has happened since our last pizza from there were fabulous. The pepperoni pizza had maybe 10 slices of pepperoni on it, making it mostly sauce and cheese. The Supreme pizza was very low on the meat making it mostly vegetables. And the price was over $40. While the lady that took our order under the name Jonathan was very nice, it was definitely not worth it.

Always missing something we ordered also not getting back correct change and I don’t like to complain I always let it go but nothing can be fixed if I don’t mention the issue. I can say when I do call to complain rarely , the employee is always polite and apologetic so that’s a positive.
