I ordered a medium pizza and a large stuffed crust with one topping for the deal with boneless wing as a points reward last night (everything was gross) for delivery and the total came out to $72.97 which is absurd. I call today to figure out why the price was so high, I get to the manager on duty as of 4/14/23 at 4:30pm mst and when she goes to print the report she put the phone down and I’m hung up on! Safe to say I will NEVER order from the hut again!

The Supreme pan pizza we ordered was made with pride! The toppings were generous and expertly placed, not thrown on haphazardly. Using their moble app to order was easy to use and our pizza was ready in a timely manner.

Pizza was smushed and didn’t look great (no browned cheese on top). Crust was soggy but that was probably because it came almost 30 mins after it was supposed to be delivered. I ordered blue cheese dressing for my wings and was given ranch. Not terrible but underwhelming especially for the price ($50+)

Spent $3 on blue cheese they delivered ranch… gross. Didn’t even matter though because the boneless wings were super chewy… also the breadstick were stale. Spent $43 on a personal pan pizza, 8 boneless wings and 5 breadsticks and only 1/3 of the order was actually edible.

To read the full extent of my complaint, see their Yelp reviews. To begin with their curbside pick up doesn’t work. You can’t tell them that you’re outside to get your order and if you call inside, they don’t have anybody to bring it to you. And to make a long story short, I ordered a meat lovers pizza, and received a plain cheese pizza. When I called to tell them of their mistake, I got yelled at and called a liar. And then hung up on. Ordered a Big New yorker.. I live 3 miles away from Speedway and kolb location. My pizza was ready in the warmer to my surprise.. since I left my house 5mins prior to placing the order. I got home and this pizza obviously had been in their for a while. Dry and hardly any cheese. I am concerned about the lack of quality at this location.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service is awful every time we order pizza from this Pizza Hut the service is horrible our pizza is always messed up this time around we ordered deep dish it was not deep dish the pizza was not even done and the delivery driver never brought our 2 litter soda well I kept calling and calling nobody would answer I was on hold for about 45 minutes then they hung up we never got reimbursed and we never got our pizza fixed or the 2 litter Yeah just ridiculous

We ordered two pizzas through the app, and due to issues with the app, they were sent to this site instead of the one we usually use on 22nd and Wilmont. We ordered a stuffed crust and original pan pizza (both of which cost extra) and the pizzas were in horrible condition. The cheese on the stuffed crust was thin and dry. It was like it had been under a heat lamp for 2 1/2 hours (we picked it up within 30 minutes of ordering). I bit into the pizza and the entire piece of cheese came off as a single piece. The original pan was a little better, but the cheese was mediocre as well, and the slicing on both was really uneven. 2 of the pieces alone were 1/4 of the pizza each (see pictures)

Order from here constantly, they are usually decent… today was the exception >:( … i got wings, a pizza, and some plain bread sticks, nothing out of my usual order… the wings come to have little to no sauce… the PLAIN BREADSTICKS (AS IT EVEN SAYS ON THE RECIPT BREAD STICKS) have cinnamon on them (very odd taste, tastes nothing like a cinnamon stick) and the pizza was the greasiest one i have tasted from them in a long time, to top it all off (even though not a big deal) i requested a stick figure to be drawn on the box and there was nothing (they usually draw something), thank you pizza hut, for a ruined night of glorified sauce less chicken nuggets, a pile of grease and some ruined bread with cinnamon spread on it
