We did not like the wings. The service was professionals yet it wasn’t welcoming. The pizza was good yet we noticed that it cold when I picked it up. I believe it was because when I arrived the wings weren’t ready. I ordered the Lemmon pepper flavor wings (Picture attached) and I didn’t like them. The wings were not crunchy and they appeared to be under cook. They are also price above other places(receipt picture attached) like Buffalo Bell right across the street. I will not be recommending this locations not I be returning.

I wish there was a option for 0 stars this location was beyond horrible. The staff including management had 0 customer service skills. The order that was placed they couldn’t manage to count the wings right 3 short.. the sauce was missing on half the wings. Very sad and disappointing as Pizza Hut has always been a favorite of my family’s. How do wings NOT come with some kind of condiment but NOPE manager said its the app or online fault. Such a negative experience. I don’t recommend at all..

I placed an order on May 21st at 7:58pm, and I received it at 9:32pm. I called and the first girl who answered my call (who could also take a customer service course) was not welcoming nor attentive, and hung up without closing. The delivery girl was lost and I felt bad she had a difficult time finding my place, gave her extra cash on top of the tip because it was late and none of it was her fault. It was my first time ordering from this place and I must say from a scale of 1 to 10 it was a 6, pasta was burnt, pizza was lukewarm and flavor was meh. I hope customer service gets better.

The delivery driver made me feel bad for only giving her 2 dollars. I said “sorry that’s all I can do” and she said “yeah I’m used to it. Out of 14 people only 4 people gave me a tip” maybe cuz your service sucks! She didn’t even say anything else except the thing about the tip

I always order from this Pizza Hut, they delivered my order and were missing the wings, I called the person who answered said they’ll bring them to me. Once i opened the door the guy handed me the wings and I told him why they were like this and his response was “ I don’t know my other order was the same” if you don’t like your job then go somewhere else
