Delivery driver was great, however, every other person was horrible. We ordered the pizza over the phone, paid over the phone, gave our credit card number, and the total was $65. Delivery driver shows up requesting $135 cash. Driver tries to help by calling his manager, “Bianca,“ explaining how the call center took our payment. Obviously the communication to their store failed, thats fine accidents happen. The manager said we had to pay $100 or cancel the order & give them the pizzas that were already here. I wanted to explain the situation to the manager, however, she refused to speak to me. She claimed she was too busy even though she was already on the line with the driver. Disgusting customer service. They would rather throw away the pizza that is already at our door than any other decent option. Possibly match the price stated on the phone, or investigate the payment or just speak to me so I could explain . BIANCA the manager also refused to give me the info to her manager. Unfortunate situation when we had kids in the pool all day waiting to eat . BIANCA if you can’t handle a situation like a manager would then you should probably consider switching employment. My mom wanted to have a great time with her grand kids but the day has been ruined. 0/10 would never ever recommend. The card had to be canceled. So inconvenient!!

My previous experiences with Pizza Hut have generally been good which makes this most recent interaction all the more jarring. I had the misfortune of trying to deal with the phone center to place an order. In the process I was randomly transferred in the middle of the call four times and hung up on twice. This sort of service is unacceptable.

worse place ever! CVS will never order from this place again!!! they use a call center. we ordered pizza for our facility and the driver calls us and says he us down town with our order and we wont getbit because we have the wrong address? when we called to verify our order they read back our exact location rhen stated they couldn’t help us due to them being a call center and driver was lying to us. They Gave correct address he chose to write it down wrong

ordered a pizza a hour and half later call and they tell me give it 20 more mins…. i wait. driver is new and cant find my house because he cant use his phone. cool. help him no issue. get the pizza and it was destroyed. call the manager tells me i was refunded and have another pizza waiting for me. Call into to do it and they didnt have anything. been waiting 20 mins now on the phone to talk to the store in stead of someone at the call center.
