Had to wait 30mins for a online order to be picked up. I get that stuff happens sometimes but the manger wasn’t very friendly. Get home and the order is wrong. We had the same issue last week with the same pizza order. The manger needs to work on his ability to be understanding when they make mistakes. Not asking to have my but kissed but basic customer service skills are missing. On top of that the pizza was room temp at best. Guess Dominos it is going forward…..

Management is terrible here. I ordered 2 weeks ago. Online app is slow, unresponsive, deletes orders. It happens. So I received a cheese pizza. I called while my Dad went to take it back. The manager with attitude explained their end. Fair. So I ask is there any way to fix this. He gave me a hard time but told me that he will speak to my Dad when he gets there. Fast forward 15 mins later, the manager is giving my Dad a hard time. I get into my car and drive over to return the pizza for a refund. I had just barely started trusting this location after having my previous orders ruined.

For starters I will say this is probably the cleanest pizza hut I have seen. Its also the first one that I have seen that has a drive through to pick up your orders which is pretty awesome. As for the food. I gave 4 stars because the toppings in my pizza were a little scarce and the dough was super greasy. (I ordered the ultimate cheesy crust pizza) . It was still good but I wouldn’t order that same pizza again. I will stick with more traditional style pizzas.

Most disgusting pizza I’ve ever tried to eat. Pizza crust war semi cooked, raw & doughy. Mini Cinnabon Rolls . They didn’t even rise them. Warmed doughy and just poured icing on them. Our other pizza was fine.

I ordered a pizza & cinnabon cinnamon rolls. They were delivered speedily, hot & fresh by two very friendly delivery ladies (a blonde with glasses & a dark haired woman.) The pizza was the best that I had gotten in a long time from Pizza Hut on Kiowa in Havasu.
