Paul went above and beyond to give us the best experience we’ve had at a pizza hut so far, while running the store alone in the morning. Give that man raise! We will be stopping again.

This place has gone down hill tremendously. Very hot inside, seemed like they had no AC. Flies like crazy inside, you can’t even enjoy dining in cause of the flies. Not clean. The tables are sticky and kinda gross. No lids for the cups. I know it sounds like I’m nagging but this place used to be nice and I LOVE pizza hut but this place needs to be cleaned up and changes need to be made.

The Pizza Hut order was not delivered, when I called up to the store the manager was highly disrespectful. However, he did do what I asked as far as a refund back to my card. Let’s see if I get the refund with in 5-10 business days, if not I’m calling back with another complaint! I was told my address is not a deliverable address. When I have ordered multiple times online and I received my orders, and my house is only seven minutes away from the Pizza Hut How is that not deliverable. I have history of ordering pizza from this place on my Pizza Hut app as proof, and the fact that I was deliberately told this is not a deliverable address. Seven minutes away I was astounded. I could not believe what I was hearing. And for this reason, I will not be going back to the store. They let me down as a customer. I know I am 100% dissatisfied. I am highly disappointed due to the disrespect and non-delivery of my pie. I will not be going back to the store. The Pizza isn’t all that great Anyways it is dry and soggy at the same time and the cheese always smells like it has an odor there is never enough meet when asked for extra. Very poor excuse for a restaurant and delivery service. dominoes and little Caesars have 100% satisfaction guaranteed for customers. Pizza Hut is a knock off and they should be ashamed of themselves and they need new management and new staff. This store by the way has so many bad reviews. That is absolutely sad and terrible for a business to have such bad reviews like this! They really need to update their business and their staff need retraining with skills involved, with work ethics skills, and customer service. As far as receiving a Message in response from the manager, it is always the same as I have read all the reviews and responses from the manager if you don’t take these disappointments, lightly then why have changes not been made. This is a question I would like to hear, answered properly. And adequately.

Got a large stuffed crust with pepperoni, mushroom and sausage. When I got home it only had pepperoni and the pizza was completely dried out. Tried calling them and nobody answered. Brought back the pizza with the receipt the next day to return it and they gave us a hard time about it and made us wait forever. In the background waiting you could see the manager sneezing on someone’s pizza he was making. We told his coworker about it and he snapped back saying not to talk to his employees. I will be telling my friends about this experience.

My Aunt paid $80 for a medium Super Supreme pizza, which was anything BUT super or supreme, and two 12pc orders of wings. The food was disgusting. The wings were dry and tasteless. The pizza tasted as if the meat was old or musty. Idk. Nasty! Needless to say the majority of it went in the trash. What a major disappointment! Don’t waste your hard earned $ at this place.

Worst pizza I’ve ever ordered. I thought I ordered a meat lovers but only found a few pieces of ham and sausage. It was as thin as a thin crust and as dry as can be. My family was beyond disappointed, we get better quality pizza a little ceasers. Will not be back again.
