Sooo…ordered a Big Box meal, paid credit card. Get a message from Door Dash that they have a problem getting into their cash registers and wont let him deliver the pizza. They cant get ahold of their manager. I called “the store” and get an answering service in India! Explain the problem and he said he will transfer me to the store. They transfer me to customer service! Customer service calls and does something off call and says ” they fixed the problem and the dash driver is on way with order.” I get emails and text messages saying first the order is cancelled. Then the order is on the way. Then the order is transferred to another service!!! Then i get a call from a delivery driver, “I’m here with pizza.” It’s the wrong order. Guy calls his “manager”, and they will cancel the order and refund my money…in 3 to 4 days! F#$% this place! Don’t even try to blame this on Covid, no workers willing to work, blah blah….there are grade schoolers that can run a better operation!

Pizza and breadsticks were hot. Pasta was delicious. Pizza could have used more sauce. We ordered through the app and were told when pizza would be done at a certain time which is fine. However, on more than one occasion it has been delayed for some uncertain reason. The last order we had to wait over 30 additional minutes and this time was an additional 20 minutes. Please update the estimated time in the app or employ enough staff to complete orders when the app states it will be done.

Awful experience. Was told they did not have the deal that was advertised on there flyer and on a big sign on their entrance door. Should have employees trained on what you offer. If they don’t know hey should find out before telling customers they don’t have it.

Seriously Pizza Hut. This location has messed up my order twice in a row, first time they didn’t bring my marinara sauce with my order of breadsticks and the second time they made my pizza on a pile of breadsticks! They didn’t even call to let me know they were out of crust which they weren’t! Secondly when I called to speak to the manager she was laughing and seemed unconcerned. So for the missing marinara they put a whole $1.00 credit on my account rather than giving me a new order of breadsticks with marinara sauce. Second time they credited my account $8.00 for giving me breadsticks as my pan pizza crust per even though I spent $25.00 with delivery. I have not used the credits nor will I do business with them in the future because they play too much, they have a bunch of unconcerned little kids working there who like to goof off everytime I walk in to the store.
