I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, disgusting, unsanitary, and most of all, horrible customer service from a business before in my life. Today I ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:25pm. Delivery time was expected to be about 25-30 minutes. Perfect. Waited till about 4:10 pm to start wondering where my order was. I’m a very understanding person. I know that working in the food service is hard and there could be delays, so I waited patiently. It was about 4:27pm when I decided to look outside to see if the driver had been lost because I live in an apartment. When I got outside, I noticed my order on the ground. First, I was NOT notified that my order was delivered. No knock, no phone calls, no notification via Pizza Hut app, nothing. Then my order was just left on the floor covered in ants and other insects. At that point, I was very upset. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. His name was Enok. I don’t understand how someone can be given the title of manager if they aren’t willing to be sympathetic to their customers. There was no offer of a refund, no offer of remake, no apology. The only offer made was that he’d send a driver “with a trash bag to pick up the pizza covered in ants and dispose of it”. I asked for a corporate number but I was told “we don’t have a corporate number”. This is a very unprofessional way to treat your customers. Do better. This definitely was a disappointment.

Ordser was wrong called store and they blamed door dash would not provide regional managers name or number. He started yelling at me and said he aint doing nothing for me. Name was manak or something foreign extremely appalled with how very unprofessional this store was.

Talk about the worst pizza ever. Got home. It tasted uncooked/looked bad. Tasted better down in Bernalillo’s store. Need to do a better Job on cooking your pies. NOT GOING THERE ANY MORE.. that was $45+ I’m not getting back. But the trash ben enjoyed it.. and I’ll tell my friends/family members about the bad pizza.

I ordered pizza tonight using Door dash. I specifically asked for it to be handed over to me. They left it and took a picture. Fine usually….but I’m in a numberrd campsite and I was sitting at my spot and nothing came. So they didn’t follow my directions. I’m on a long road trip and that was dinner. Needless to say I’m not happy! I won’t use door dash again and I never was a huge pizza hit fan.
