Went in was told they’d be right with us apparently the guy was on the phone, but took awhile, two other female employees took off to the back and did not acknowledge our presence, at the very least a hello or head nod with eye contact would have been enough for us to have waited longer. The establishment was not busy and I believe that we were the only to customers in the “restaurant” the experience was awkward and I believe the employees need coaching in customer service. We decided not to order.

For many years Pizza Hut has certainly always provided me with great service, make a terrific specialty pizza and fire hot boneless wings to perfection. They have also always hired some of the most friendly and five stars drivers who work as hard as they can to deliver your order warm and as quickly as possible, so cut them some slack and if you have issue, then go pick up the order yourself.
