We dined in on a weekday hoping they’d have the buffet but we’re told they no longer have done in but keep the area open in case people want to be stay and eat. So we stayed and noticed that the person who was folding these boxes up was sitting down eating as he was doing this! So unsanitary!! Meanwhile all the tables, not exaggerating.. all tables were dirty. Pizza was great as pizza hut usually is but we weren’t too happy with this visit

The management and staff were super kind and thoughtful. We received our food in a timely manner and it was so good as well as correct. The place inside and out was clean. The supervisor even opened the door for us on our way out and they all thanked us.

The tall gentleman who waited on us was the best! I unfortunately, didn’t catch his name. He was fast and friendly. Not only did he get us everything we needed, but he was also the juggling being the only delivery driver for the restaurant.

My daughter and I came in for a quick bite. It wasn’t busy- only a man and his son were seated inside. We waited by the door like the sign says to. And waited, and waited. We saw no employees anywhere. There was no sounds coming from the back… but as we were going to give up a woman appeared from the back and told us to just go sit where ever we wanted. Easier said then done… first table, dirty. And the second. We settled on the third dirty booth- I wiped the food crumbs off with my umbrella- and we sat down. Long story short, no one ever acknowledged us. No menu’s, no drinks, no nothin’! Lol. Another female employee and a male employee also surfaced but they all just looked as we walked out the door. I’ve never been to a Pizza Hut like this one. Thank heavens! It was dark and dirty and quiet and no one wanted work that day, I guess. Idk if I’ll give them another chance or not. Maybe I’ll try delivery next but maybe not

Got the Detroit style pizza today. Not as good as stuff back home, but still really good and satisfies the craving. EDIT 09/13/2022 – what the hell did I just eat? Got the Detroit style again, but…. did you guys forget the cheese and pepperoni? There was no cheese or pepperoni at all, just literally dough and sauce, and the dough was still raw. Definitely won’t be eating here anytime soon if at all. Really inconsistent.

Accommodated a group of 50 high schoolers after a tour at WNMU. They were very nice, friendly, and never made us feel like we were causing them trouble. We appreciate their efforts immensely! Highly recommend!!!
